Hotel a Nagoya, Kampung Pelita

From when we arrived the staff straight away attended to us by carrying our bags in and opening the car door for us. We couldn't check in before 2pm but we were allowed a pre check in while they set aside our bags. And when we came back to the hotel after our room was ready, they kindly sent our bags up for us. The hotel room was really spacious and clean and they set 3 single beds like I requested. The beds were really comfortable. The air-conditioning was strong. However the trash cans were bare without any plastic linings, which I wished they had because throwing stuff inside without the trash bag felt a little icky. I wasn't really impressed with the shower and shampoo/conditioner dispenser. It was really quite inconvenient to use, and I'm pretty sure both dispensers were the same shower gel because the shampoo dispenser didn't really feel like shampoo or conditioner. It'd be better if they just used a travel sized bottle. Other than that the toilet was clean. I didn't have a chance to use the bathtub though. The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods of which I thoroughly enjoyed, from breads, desserts, local food. Overall highly recommend, the staff was attentive, the food was great, the room was spacious (but bring your own soap/shampoo). It's worth the price and enjoyed my stay. I would book this hotel a second time if come to Batam again.

”Our stay at Asialink Prasanthi was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location was perfect, from the distance to major attractions, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nagoya Batam

1/ Calm and tranquil hotel location away from most happening spots 2/ bathroom good sized but sink drainage wasn’t proper 3/ bed linen could be cleaner  4/ out of 2 elevators, one wasn’t working more than 12hrs 5/ smoking floor was “too smoky” 6/ bathroom amenities need improvement 7/ for its unique forest location, this could truly be a retreat hotel with semi-luxury feel, and priced accordingly

Le strutture e il paesaggio sono buoni, e il posto è anche la posizione del centro globale di tutti i luoghi dove dobbiamo andare. La mancanza di America e Cina è un problema relativamente al checkin

Mangiare molto vicino, non è buono, la stanza è pulita e vale molto.
