HhappiguyThis is a 4-star hotel that truly delivers 5-star service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests, making the entire stay feel warm and welcoming. One of the standout aspects was the level of hospitality, which went beyond expectations.
All meals were catered, ensuring that I never had to worry about food. However, while the convenience was appreciated, the taste didn’t quite live up to the high standards set by the service. The flavors were rather average, and I felt that the dining experience could have been better with a bit more attention to quality and variety.
The room itself was modern, clean, and equipped with high-tech features, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which had an automatic, always-warm toilet seat—an especially nice feature that made a noticeable difference in comfort. Small details like this really enhanced the experience.
Additionally, I was fortunate to have a room with a great view of the city. Waking up to the city skyline and seeing the lights at night added to the overall ambiance. While the hotel may have been rated 4 stars, the excellent service and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a step above.

The location is magnificent, quiet in the neighborhood, not far from the business area, and close to an incredibly beautiful park. The staff was nice. Breakfast is simple and not much different from day to day. There is a gym. We really liked the room.
What we did not like is that there is a lot of smoking in the corridors and other public places. This is a typical issue in China.
