Great stay! Very comfortable rooms and liked the large pool. Would like to give Ali Sayed a big thank you with helping me to pay a taxi when I didn’t have any rupees. Ali gave me the money from his own pocket when paying on a card was just not an option.

If you want to be pampered during your stay, you cannot go wrong with Sheraton Grand. Starting with guest relation team to room service everyone always egar to ensure you have a pleasant stay. During last stay got upgraded to a suit with a great city and garden view. got pleasantly surprised with hand written welcome note ***** with chocolates, fruits and wine. Breakfast spread is super, if you don't find something in the spread, just ask, they will try their best to get that for you. Even during my previous stay with family had a similar experience. Seeing my small kids they sent soft toys, drawing material and other fun stuffs for the kids. Definitely goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Shout out to Sophia from guest relation to help out during my stay.

Nice gym. Great help by Rupam in gym and as well as with steam and sonar. Clean facilities and great food. Stayed here for a week for office work. Office is walking distance. Nice mall opposite to the hotel as well. Breakfast is included in my hotel price. Dinner you can either get ala carte or buffet . Quite rooms with nice view to swimming pool

Hotel is excellent with great staff… hospitality at its finest and what one would expect with the Marriott and Sheraton brand! Rupam from gym was very helpful! The pool is extremely well maintained and the rooms are spacious. Great experience overall

It was my great experience at Sheraton grand Whitefield, while arrival or departure or staying there for 14 nights and 15 days, as I was assisted by Sophia. She helped me alot in departure. All.. swimming pool , gym, steam bath and saunas were good. Proper hygiene maintained.

Of all lodging options, my company prefers sending it's employees to stay with the amazing team at Sheraton Grand Whitefield. The staff there takes care of every need, they are truly first class. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The marble bathrooms are large and nicely designed. I was able to use the pool one afternoon and it was so nicely maintained and relaxing. The outdoor patio are is so tropical and peaceful. Feast restaurant, the chefs and staff there was the best dining experience I have had in Bengaluru. The food is incredible, especially the Mysore masala dosa that they would whip up for me fresh when asked. The front desk staff really stood out on both trips to Sheraton Grand. Sahana was so helpful in recommending shopping, restaurants and social places as well as ensuring any concerns with rides or room status. Her attentiveness and care really made my stay memorable. Can't wait to go back! Thank you to every in everyone at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel!
