Absolutely 100% staff is well trained friendly a home away from home. See you soon If I ever have the possibility to do this trip again I will first do my booking at this amazing awesome wonderful estate. Just what we needed Love Andries & Leana

We had such a beautiful stay here as a family! Unfortunately, the river was too high during our visit for us to enjoy the usual river activities, due to unusually heavy rainfall in the region—but even without that, the experience was still lovely. The campsite is well-shaded and thoughtfully laid out. Having our own private ablution block and kitchenette was a real treat—clean, convenient, and serviced each morning, which made things so much easier and more enjoyable. The pool was a welcome relief after long, hot days—clean and inviting! This is a great spot for families looking to unwind and enjoy nature with a few extra comforts. We’d absolutely return!

We stayed in River Tent 2. Only R600 pn but the fridge didn't work properly, the gas ring didn't work, the rug was filthy and the mossie net on the tent was broken. The owners need to break down this tent and upgrade it like the other river tents. Dinner in the restaurant was OK, dinner arrived cold and we were the only ones dining in the restaurant.

We stayed three nights. First night was in the river camp tent number 3, beautiful views. Other two nights in the self-catering cottage nr 6, more luxurious but we preferred the tent camp. Restaurant good. The communal bar section for sundowners wonderful.

Arrival felt welcome, reception areas very good. The whole resort were excellent! The self catering river log cabins were private, spacious, well equipped, very clean and neat, comfortable!! The views are the main feature of this resort - Excellent!!!! Can surely recommend Khamkirri!

We had a fantastic time and will definitely return for more when visiting the Nothern Cape again. The riverside tent was comfortable and catered for all our needs with the best location on the river one could wish for.

Our stay at Khamkirri was truly a warm one, and not because of the weather! Danie, Phillipa and the staff were so welcoming and kind, we will definitely book another stay because of their hospitality.
