Hotel a 3 stelle a Bendigo

Cute little hotel at the back of Wine Bank . Very compact room directly outside the back seating area , so if that had been busy people would have been dining and drinking directly outside our window, but this area wasn’t being used even on a Friday . Bed was very comfortable . Bathroom very small but perfectly clean and tidy . Great location to be able to walk around town without driving .

I ordered 3 rooms for the weekend for 6 adults. Needed a queen, double and family room. Booked online and received a confirmation email of the three room booking. We would arrive Saturday and leave Sunday. I booked 3 weeks in advance. On Thursday before the weekend I got a phone call from the hotel. It was explained they only had two rooms available. I explained I need 3 rooms and was told there was nothing else available. No apology, nothing, in fact I found the man who called quite rude considering it is the hotels error. Simply all I could get was those two rooms. Poor work on the hotels behalf as apparently my booking only had 2 rooms. I have attached part of the confirmation for my booking. Confirming the three rooms, which I booked on the hotels website so their only excuse is they lost part of my reservation. DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR RESERVATION LOST TWO DAYS BEFORE YOU ARE MEANT TO ARRIVE!!

Siamo stati davvero in attesa di rimanere in questo hotel. Grande vista vecchio posto, fantastica posizione e la camera era bello. Tuttavia il servizio è assolutamente sfortunato. Può qualcuno fornire il servizio con un sorriso? A quanto pare no. Il vomito fuori dalla finestra del ristorante e entrambe le parti della porta d'ingresso potrebbe essere lavato o pulito? A quanto pare non. Il caffè al ristorante di mattina potrebbe essere bello invece di assolutamente terribile? A quanto pare no. Qualcuno alla reception potrebbe davvero risolvere un problema che è stato portato all'attenzione? A quanto pare no. E non potevano dire che lo riparassero ma non lo faranno? Lo supponevi. A quanto pare no. Abbiamo tornato in camera dopo aver cenato solo per scoprire che non c'era stato fatto nulla per risolvere la carenza di caffè, servizio in camera, eccetera? E la ricezione era chiusa quando siamo tornati. Se stai pensando di rimanere in questo splendido vecchio hotel, ti prego di fare quello che posso solo descrivere come il peggiore servizio clienti che ho mai avuto in qualsiasi hotel, mai. Ho usato molti hotel a livello mondiale.

Excellent location. Very clean with good facilities including a very comfortable bed & a roomy, modern bathroom. The adjoining hotel bistro was a welcome bonus. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative aspect was noisy guests upstairs in the early hours of the morning…just a bit annoying.

We stayed for 2 nights on a recent trip. The room and bathroom were both very clean. We found the bed to be comfortable and, although near the road, did not notice the traffic noise. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Finally, we realised a day later we had left a pillow in the room. On contacting the motel we were able to arrange to have the pillow posted back to us. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and cooperative in arranging the return the pillow for which we are very grateful. We were very happy and thankful for the extra time and effort the young lady put in.

Arrivammo a Bendigo in treno e andammo al motel, che era a 15 minuti a piedi e la posizione era grande. Il personale era amichevole e ci lasciava controllare in anticipo e ci chiedeva quale latte volevamo e ci raccontò la sfida della torre di ricerca. La stanza era grande e l’unico posto era l’assenza di una cortina di doccia e non c’erano luci di testa, e ci erano più di abbastanza asciugamani e sapone, un tovagliolo e un pasto dentale, nonché shampoo e altri bagni. La tavola era piccola, ma aveva un tostapane, una caldaia, una microonde, un caffè e un frigo, e hanno anche colazione a partire da $8, ma abbiamo deciso di non optare. Se avessero un forno, probabilmente potresti rimanere lì per una settimana, ma senza uno è perfetto per un soggiorno di notte o 2 notti.

Recently stayed in a cabin with family. What a fantastic park! Our cabin was spacious and we were provided with everything you need to cook with. Full size fridge. Large bathroom. The park has wonderful activities for children our 4 year old had a fantastic time there was a put put course, indoor & outdoor play area. All the staff were very kind and helpful with anything you need Booking was super easy. The park has some beautiful looking cabins they have camping style cabins that looks awesome! Will have to try that cabin next time! All the guests we met were very kind and having a great time while staying at the park. Really enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we can visit again soon. The park is located back from the main road. There is a couple of restaurants and a pub in walking distance.

La posizione era buona, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro della città, con un Woolworths vicino. Anche se la mia stanza era sul retro, c'era un sacco di rumore dalla strada. La stanza era buia e buia, anche se abbastanza comoda e ben attrezzata. C'era un grande tavolo comunale fuori dalla mia porta, dove un gruppo di ospiti si riuniva, gridava e giurava e di solito era ronzio, anche quando tornavano da una notte alle 3:00. Quando ho lasciato la mia stanza ho dovuto passare sopra la pila di birra che hanno lasciato dietro. Non tornerò.

Ok for overnight stop on long road trip. Pros - comfortable bed. Kitchenette just microwave, toaster, kettle along bench of small motel room. Do dishes in bathroom. Adequate for preparing breakfast & reheating. Cons - noisy & dated Outside stairs so request a groundfloor room if preferred.
