L'aria condizionata è un po'difficile per la testa.

"10 min from the airport with free airport shuttle. Mini shower gel & shampoo. Tooth brush + toothpaste. Coffee, tea facilities.
Nice and helpful staff.
A pity that the sheets had stains on them, the pillow cover was torn and it felt as there were bedbugs. The walls could use some paint as well."

"Stayed there for 1 night as our flight arrived late and conecting flight the next morning. Close to the airport but hotel shuttle only until 12pm. (Pay attention to the taxi drivers at the airport, they try to rip you off)
Hotel is ok, clean but already quite used. But still good if you need accomodaguon close to the airport.
Friendly staff, didnt try the breakfast but looked good."

"This hotel is a 15-minute drive from CGK Airport. My friend and I stayed there for one night to rest before our early morning flight the following day.
The room was nice and spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and quality linens. The staff were very helpful in assisting with my large luggage. Additionally, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport.
Since it is the beggining of December, the hotel has been beautifully decorated for the holiday season, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially in the lobby.
The only minor downside was that despite booking a twin room, the bath amenities provided were only for one person, including items like the toothbrush and shower cap."

CCHINSENThe airport shuttle service was disappointing. The hotel staff failed to provide the pick-up location and did not inform me of the shuttle schedule at the time of booking. Although I had provided my flight details and arrival time when reserving the service, I had to send several messages after arriving at the airport before receiving a reply with the pick-up location and shuttle schedule. This left me waiting at the airport for 40 minutes. While the hotel eventually arranged for a private car to pick me up immediately, such a mistake is unacceptable for a five-star hotel.
The gym equipment is somewhat basic. Given that this hotel is located near the airport, most guests likely choose to stay here because they have a flight the next day. As such, guests are unlikely to leave the hotel once checked in, making the quality of the hotel's facilities even more important. This is an area I recommend improving.

전전병진Questo sembra essere un ottimo hotel resort per una vacanza con la famiglia.
La posizione è vicino all'aeroporto, quindi è di facile accesso, ma le strutture e la pulizia all'interno dell'hotel sono le migliori, tranne per il fatto che la strada di accesso è terribile perché si trova nel complesso industriale.
Una grande piscina e una sorgente termale adiacente, un bagno freddo, una sauna umida, una sauna secca, fitness, un ristorante... Tutte le strutture sono molto eleganti e hanno una bella vista.

SS.Il posto è molto pulito, vicino all'aeroporto. La colazione era buona, ma senza caffè o tè. Sarebbe bello avere una tazza di mattina.
Inoltre, sarebbe apprezzato se offrissero un traghetto orario dall'aeroporto all'hotel con alcune tariffe invece di prendere un taxi, dove la comunicazione con il conducente del taxi è molto difficile.
In breve, il luogo è consigliato perché è vicino all'aeroporto e estremamente pulito e amichevole.

MMichaelLa camera è piuttosto piccola ma ci si aspettava questo per un hotel di ”sosta” in un aeroporto. Nonostante la piccola stanza, era immacolata e anche il bagno era molto pulito. Il personale era attento e cordiale.
L'unico inconveniente era il rumore. Il condizionatore d'aria suona come un piccolo motore a reazione. Assicurati di avere le cuffie con cancellazione del rumore.

UUtente ospiteThis is my second time staying at Zest Hotel for an overnight transit in Jakarta, will surely choose it again for transit because:
1. They offer free airport shuttle service, both pick up and drop off. The hotel is around 10- 15 mins away from the airport, depends on which Terminal you arrive
2. Room is not big but it's clean. However, my 2nd time here got a little disappointment - there's a towel in the bathroom with cigarette smell :/
3. They provide toothbrush/tooth paste, shower gel, shampoo, hangers, free wifi, water (also has water dispenser in the corridor), enough for short stay transit
4. Buffet breakfast - well... don't expect too much because it's only Indonesian dishes plus bread. No eggs :(( Also not many choices but with this cheap room price, am totally fine with it! The Indonesian burbur (rice porridge) is very tasty, I had 2 big bowls!!
5. There are some eateries/ cafes and Alfamart ( or Indomaret or 7-11... can't remember) just outside the hotel, very convenient.
6. Zest Hotel is situated next to Swiss Belhotel Airport Jakarta, they belong to the same hotel group so the free shuttle bus also includes the guests from Swiss Belhotel. We went over to Swiss Belhotel's lobby restaurant for dinner, very good food and service. They offered us super yummy tempe chips with our drinks :))
Just a friendly reminder: if you are going to Terminal 3, it might take a bit more time for your airport drop off as they need to drop guests to T1 and T2 first (if any) .My experience was it took me 30 mins to arrive T3 from the moment I get on the shuttle.
Anyway, I will still choose Zest Hotel as my transit hotel and recommend it, you got more than what you pay for!

UUtente anonimoInnanzitutto la posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda, proprio accanto alla piattaforma del bus navetta del terminal 1. Il Terminal 3, dove si concentrano i voli internazionali, dispone di un bus navetta gratuito. Si può dire che la qualità delle camere sia equivalente solo a quella delle pensioni domestiche o degli express hotel di fascia bassa, ma l'interno è molto pulito e puoi stare con sicurezza. Soprattutto la toilette con sciacquone è dotata anche di un rubinetto per tubo flessibile che può scaricare il PP, il che è molto premuroso.

UUtente anonimoÈ un peccato che non ci sia un autobus da hotel all'aeroporto dopo le 3 pm. L'hotel può organizzare il trasporto, ma dobbiamo pagare IDR 55.000 per il pick-up fuori dall'orario di trasporto. Tuttavia, secondo le informazioni dell'hotel, dovrebbe essere solo 35.000 IDR.

UUtente ospiteis cheaper and ok, to make a layover, but maybe they can invest a bit to keep the rooms, more better, some maintenance and paint, the room was clean, only the walls appear a bit old. The room was with some mosquitos, but you find some mosquito killer and is ok.
The shuttle to the airport was excellent, clean and professional, an the attention of the person was good.
If you are in a budget to travel is good option to a layover.
