Studio - Complex Minerva & Jupiter (J009)

Just got back from our 10 nights with hubby and teenager we booked a private apartment on air b and b it was in jupiter was very clean everything you could need within apartment yes walls thin people banging doors but thats not much of a problem.we found the lobby and outdoor areas very clean pool cleaners every morning cleaners at night .situated across from paloma park which was fab as we love that park lots of animals a lovley walk around cound hear rooster every morning.the on site pool bar was reasonably prices lovley food too pool area for us was very quiet plenty of room could swim without bumping into people son enjoyed the slides could use between 12-2 and 5-7. We sat on grass with our sun tent uo the hill plenty of room sunbeds have to be paid for and people seemed to sit on them closer to pool.situated in a brill position near supermarket.bonza square.beach abt 10min walk also lots other places to eat also near train stationid say abt 20min walk trains so easy to get around .we have stayed in benalmadina meny times love it first time self catering very good places to eat and good prices.plenty to do.would reccomend but be careful wgo ypu book withs our apartment was lovley but some are not.

Most disgusting place I've ever stayed in and can't get the smell of it out of clothes. Stale cigarettes and damp. An extreme balcony hazard in apartment 807. Shaking rails and tried to convince me it was safe Owner wouldn't confirm a refund and told lies about offering a refund. Place should be demolished. I'd the worst week of my life. Will be seeking legal advice regarding it. Claimed it would be getting renovation in a private message but happy to take my money. Offered 5 day free stay I'd rather a tent. Have videos and pictures. Avoid avoid avoid!!

This apartment has serious issues that need to be addressed before other people spend their hard earned money. This apartment was dirty and dated with many broken and worn items. The shower fitting was broken and the large shower head did not work, the shower curtain!!!. The table lamp was in pieces, the drawers were broken inside the dirty cluttered wardrobe. The 2 single beds had worn grubby sheets and pillows, the bed covers were stained, the 2 wooden head boards were just propted against the wall. On the floor under the beds were 2 horrible fold up camp beds they looked if they had not been moved for years. The fridge had several shelves missing in the door, the kitchen was poorly equipped with oddments of crockery and utensils. There were lots of small black flies which we sprayed when we left the apartment. The air conditioning only runs for 2 hours at a time which is not good enough when the temperatures are in the high 30s. We have stopped in many apartment throughout Europe this is the worst one we have stayed in, this is not a beautiful apartment. I enclose some photos incase you have not seen room 8 for some time.

fantastic resort close to everything you would need bars , shops & restaurants . Reception open 24 hours good pools and garden areas you will defiantly have a great holiday here with all year round sun and plenty to do

Good clean apartment although I believe individually owned. The gardens and pool area are great. Near bonanza Square but didn't hear a thing from there when in apartment. We were on the 7th floor and had amazing views of the sea and mountains.

Jupiter Apartments J102 - EXCELENTE CONEXIÓN WIFI- PISCINA ABIERTAIt’s A one-person studio and a 1-person bathroom we got 4 bath towels and 1 hand towel, if you’re a big person you will not get in the bathroom, there is a small double bed which is right up to the wall you Can only get in at one side so if the person at the wall side they have to Clime over the other person to get out, no bedside tables, no small lamp. The kitchen area is very cramped the sink too near the wall not enough Work top space, there is 3 appliances and only 2 plug sockets the plugs are at the back of the cocker hob and the wires fall on the hob so you have to unplug them before you can use the hob, DANGEREROUS. There is air con in the studio, but it turns its self-off, after so long, so at night when you need to have it on, you just get to sleep, then you wake up sweating because it’s too warm, turn it back on get back to sleep then turns off again, You need have to wash the sheets every other day because of the sweat. Balcony is small, room for 2 no view or sorry there is a car park, There’s a big screen smart TV not that smart half the time comes up No signal or weak signal rest of the channels in should cater for both. They ask you to send a security deposit by bank transfer 200 Euros That cost me £25 to send, 200 Euros was £173.40, when they sent the Deposit back I received £169, 26. So it cost me £29.14 for them to have My money. (never again)

Apartment 337 minerva . Very basic.. and dated broken furniture.. which was reported.. but seems to have been reported last 3 years.. lol.. rusty metal locker in bathroom... you have to take or buy a kettle to make hot drinks. Lots of places nice and local to eat and drink.apartment 337 minerva clean sheets.. Aircon good ,thats the good bit.

As a privateowner of a registered tourist property in Spain I am aware of minimum standards to which private owners must comply.I was therefore shocked and quite frankly disgusted at what this company is allowed to get away with. Venalsol have an office in the reception of Minerva and when I confronted their representative ,Maria, about the contraventions and generally shoddy and dirty apartment I was just fed a diatribe of what I am sure would have been trotted out to every complaint. The apartments we saw appeared not to have been updated since they were built. They had no air conditioning ,no tv and the most basic kitchen equipment.They were generally unhygenic and the towels and bedding were past their sell by dates. The apartments were desperately neglected and in need of maintenance and decor. In 27 years of holidaying in the Benalmadena andFuengirola area this is by far the worst accomodation we have seen. I also contacted Loveholidays.com with my grievances and the were equally unhelpful. The lesson learned is that booking through bigger companies is no guarantee of quality.

Nice atrium, and reception. Good lifts. Utility feel to common area, but apartments very nice. Excellent WiFi, excellent TV reception. Plenty hot water, nice balcony. Ideally placed for local bars and restaurants, yet still peaceful. 👍
