Punti positivi: Le mie cose preferite erano la vista straordinaria e il personale gentile e attento. La camera e il letto erano comodi, la colazione era buona e l'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione.
Contro: la cena non era buona come la colazione, poca pressione dell'acqua, stazioni di ricarica per auto non in ordine.

Great property. Excellent access to pretty much everything in the area and with parking.
Would not consider food to be 5 stars. I would rate it a 3 in comparison to 5 star Caribbean/Mexico All Inclusives (except Cuba, better than Cuba for sure).

The staff were more than welcoming and helpful. The hotel had great amenities such as a piano lounge, a small spa, a rooftop viewpoint, and a great buffet breakfast. The room was very clean, fresh and modern and although our room was situated on the side of the hotel, the angled balcony meant you could still see the beach and marina in the background. Great location to walk to the marina, local bars and restaurants and uphill to the train station. The outdoor area and pool were slightly small however there was access to loungers on the beach below the hotel also. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

This is the second time we have stayed here, it is a fabulous hotel. You can’t beat the location. Quiet enough to be relaxing but easily walkable to great restaurants and bars. Lovely pool area and steps down to the beach.
Staff are amazing. David, Ana and Alexandro on reception can’t do enough for you and Pepi’s breakfast omelettes are delicious!
We had a beautiful corner room (with a little help from David!) and the view was gorgeous.
We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful staff, excellent location - on the beach, near the harbour & plenty of shops. Beds were really comfortable. Hotel very clean. Lovely pool & spa facilities. 30 mins via train (€4) from airport or just €27 taxi. Good value for money.

Front of hotel is feet from busy main road. Really need to have ocean view if you are a light sleeper. We had side room which reminded me of a cruise ship cabin. Still plenty of road noise. Terrace/balcony in our room was small but did receive plenty of sun. Gym was small and lacking in equipment. Breakfast was very good. Overall, we paid £250 more than four friends who were staying at two other nearby hotels. They had a better room, a better view and larger terrace. Our pool area was nice and afforded direct access to beach. We had a decent week, but were a tad disappointed that our extra money did not seem to provide us with anything extra in return. Staff were pleasant.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was spot on.
Breakfast was lovely.
All the staff are very helpful and friendly.
They even have reserved beds on the beach that you can use which I think is a great little touch for guests.
The icing on the cake is the amazing roof top bar, great sunsets.
