"不知道有多少國人住過這家寶藏酒店呢？ 太完美的酒店了，皇后鎮絕美靜謐的一處， 繁星滿天獨享一隅， 服務非常貼心，冬日的壁爐温暖， 早上去滑雪，早餐也提前一晚送到酒店， 洗護用品都是有機的， 總之雖然有些遠離皇后鎮的中心鬧市， 但這不就是度假酒店的真諦所在嗎？皇后鎮Azur，大愛！"

"Really liked the off city Centre location, less bustle, lots more character in the fringe, the view of Lake whakatipu and the mountains is great from this vantage point. Service and all is tops, coupled with having a great restaurant in house, highly recommended!"

"Mercure Queenstown Resort has offered very good services with great hospitality. The room given has a great view overseeing a big lake right from the middle. Livin (A name for New Zealander, I suppose) offered great hospitality for us and even treated us a VIP favour by giving an in room slipper.. thank you.. if you are lucky you can even spot a double rainbow… Superb.. love Queenstown and Mercure Resort.. Also Accor membership is usable here.. bravo.."

"Un hotel molto buono con un fantastico personale, molto amichevole, conosciuto e utile. Il pranzo è fantastico, soprattutto l'avena e la cattura del giorno.Le strutture sono buone con un bel jacuzzi e piscina e un giardino (con vecchie attrezzature). L'hotel è grande, ma il loro sistema di pagamento e online è troppo vecchio e lento e causa molti problemi e caos per il personale . Un hotel fantastico, ma solo bisogno di modernizzare un po' di più."

"Walked out onto the balcony and we were met with these stunning views. The time that we visited (May) meant that it was slightly too cold to be out on the balcony for too long, but the views that we enjoyed out of the window were magnificent. When the first arrived the lady on the front desk was very friendly, and helpful. We had asked for a double bed and had been allocated two single beds. She quickly contacted the ladies from house keeping and they very kindly sprung into action to help rectify the situation. The housekeeping staff were nice and pleasant, and the location was just right for us to get out and about visiting some of the local attractions like the Kiwi birdlife park. The big plus about staying at the highview apartments was having a parking space. When you visit queenstown you'll soon find out that in some places finding a parking space is like gold dust."

"The location is bad. It is too far from the town center. Toilets always clean. Staff are kind. The kitchen is huge, but it seems not to be maintained strictly. My room was a bit small, although the hostel is pretty big."

"Great location just slightly out of the main area, and slightly less raucous. Our King view room was excellent had a great view. Didn’t spend a huge amount of time at the hotel because we were out and about but no complaints would return."

"Durante il Festival di primavera, la reception dirà un po'di cinese. Dovrebbe essere cinese. Purtroppo non è stato suddiviso nella stanza sopra il piano. Il prezzo del fiore è lo stesso. La porta è la strada. Se vuoi prenotare, devi fare una nota sulla stanza che richiede un piano alto. Il parcheggio non è gratuito. Se il veicolo è ancora in garage dopo le 11 di sera, deve pagare 24-kilo (può essere parcheggiato gratuitamente ogni giorno), ma il garage non può parcheggiare molto auto.Le strutture sono vecchie, ma l'igiene è ok. Le due camere hanno bagno, questo è molto bello"
