Winter brings a whole new look with hundreds of miles of groomed cross country ski and snowmobile trails within 20 minutes of Bemidji and hundreds more in the outlying areas. Whether it is hiking biking backpacking canoeing or cross-country skiing there is no better way to view our native wildlife. Our forests and waterways are host to one of the largest breeding populations of bald eagles in the lower 48 states. You will also have the opportunity to see white tailed deer ruffed grouse loons and an abundance of song birds and waterfowl. The hotel was clean and convenient. We had a small issue with people in the next room being loud. once I called the front desk they took care of it immediately. I would stay here again.

are room was ok. the bed was not the best the pillow were not the best. the final was breakfast. were out of the eggs and biscuits and the counter had food all over it. the coffee was maybe black water.

Everything was solid. A decent breakfast selection, starting at 5:00 am, which was much appreciated!

I had an early morning flight. Uber and taxis are scarce at that time. The front desk called the manager and she came in early to drop me off. Now that’s service above and beyond!

There were some issues with our reservation and a couple of issues with the room, but everything was quickly and pleasantly taken care of. The staff were great.

Nobody at desk upon arrival. Seemed another person had to fill in as receptionist upon our arrival. Was apologetic for the longer than usual wait but we eventually got to our room.
