The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Alto there was a problem with the door handle on our room. We were unable to wiggle it enough to get into the room. We had to ask twice for someone to come and let us into the room. As a result my husband and I were unable to go down to breakfast together because one of us needed to stay in the room to open the door for the other one. The staff all seemed to know that there was a problem but it didn’t appear that it was going to be fixed anytime soon.

Very convenient to interstate, shopping and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Great staff very helpful. Awesome room service. Awesome, breakfast staff. Awesome just very willing to help!! They go the extra mile, Peace and quiet. Awesome service. I love the Hampton in Belton.

Apparently the furnace was not working. They had 2 or 3 very small desk top heaters heating an entire 4th floor hallway.
The breakfast biscuits were not cooked completely, they looked good on the outside, but raw dough on the inside.
I was supposed to get an emailed receipt but never received one. The 12 people in our group have decided to try someplace else next time we’re in Kansas City.

It was ok. Lot of road noise. Super clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was ok but it's hard to complain about free.

We stayed one night and our stay was perfect. Staff are went out of their way to ensure a memorable stay: hot fresh baked cookies, Hilton honors gift of chips and water, fresh fruit, amazing hot breakfast with everything one would want, well kept and very clean facility. We stay here every year because of the high standards and highly recommend to others.

room was 78 degrees when i arrived and i couldnt make much headway until 1 in the morning. first hotel ive stayed at that did not have a bar of soap in the room. because of the heat the bed was uncomfortable

Room was good, clean and comfortable. Hallway was ice cold they had small electric heaters plugged in by the elevators and in the hallways but they didn’t help. During our 3 night stay, they ran out of breakfast items before 7:00 am in two of the days. Last morning was ok less people. Lots of students from sports staying and made a mess of the breakfast area and machines.

Rooms on the interstate highway side of the facility were sooooo noisy. Just an issue of location.
