Very clean and spacious bedroom and bathroom. The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood right beside Belp station, where there are frequent trains to Bern. Only downside was that the hair dryer was not working, but we did not raise the issue as we had brought our own.

Pulizia ottima. Appartamento assolutamente bello funzionale. Reception 24h. Sono arrivata alle 22 e ho fatto il check in elettronico. Comodissimo anche l'accesso al parcheggio, con supplemento di 15 CHF a notte. Di giorno receptionist presente e molto disponibile...non avevo l'adattatore schuko per il portatile e mi ha risolto un grande problema.

This location is no ideal for someone interested in exploring Lucerne, Interlaken, Zermatt or any sightseeing places. It is remote. There are trains hourly connecting to Thun and Bern but no direct train to Interlaken. It looks countryside without many shopping options nearby except a convenient store. There is no air condition and windows don't open at all, and hence no fresh air. Windows are only fixed glass windows for day light.

Crap parking….crap signing into to get your keys….was told to park outside which I did and they came back and told me I owed them money for parking the next morning. Crap customer service. Crap hotel all around. Find another hotel near because this hotel is crap

The self check in is a good idea as long as everything goes smoothly. The hotel was clean and spacious and well situated in a quaint village. Natalie at reception was extremely helpful and sorted everything out for us the next day.
