Super 8 by Wyndham Beloit KS

Well we didn't book in advance because we didn't know where we would end up. Got checked in and the outside door key didn't work. They gave us another room which was great. Everything was as expected and nice. Upon leaving we turned in our key, 20 minutes down the road my wife couldn't find her ring. So we turned around and went back. The staff was generous enough to let her back in and she found her ring. The management was extremely nice.

The property itself is fine. There was trash in the floor when I checked in and the vending machines were only 1/5 full. The room itself was nice and it was clean.

I’ve been on the road for business for almost a year and have stayed in countless hotels, none have treated me as rudely as this one has. One MANAGER while I was getting help with my room just was laughing in my face while I was confused asking questions. Oh and don’t ask any other manager for assistance they’re “busy” or “don’t know”. Even after all that I asked for a manager to help get my money from a vending machine just for her to basically telling me to go screw myself and nothing she can do. I’m a diamond member at most hotels branches and never once have I made a review, your staff sucks.

Rooms have been updated since I stayed there 3 years ago. very nice. Aside from the fire alarm going off, it was a great stay. Breakfast was nice and simple, they offered a hot option of biscuits and gravy which was a nice addition since I hadn't planned for a hot option.

The hotel is perfectly located, very clean, staff very friendly and.helpful, room was very clean, modern with several places to charge your devices, excellent Internet service, shower had cool water and low pressure.

Always friendly. Always clean. No worry about safety there. Not much for breakfast but they make up for it with convenience of being able to stay local. They are great to work with and are always friendly and very helpful.
