Hotel in zona Feirinha, Belo Horizonte

Gostei muito da hospedagem. Custo x benefício ideal.Funcionários simpáticos. Café da manhã achei ótimo. Fui a trabalho. Pra descanso e deslocamento foi perfeito. Só senti falta de tomadas no quarto e o cobertor não estava com um cheiro agradável. Fica a poucos metros da praça 7. Usei o estacionamento conveniado , R$ 40,00 a diária com o desconto do hotel. Com certeza voltaria e indico.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood where there are many small shops and restaurants. Nice modern design. Small pool on rooftop. Very good breakfast. The rooms are nicely decorated and have a lot of space. I recommend the junior suite as they are even more spacious. Most staff members are really nice. They do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had some small hiccups but I really appreciate their efforts to overcome these small issues. Some staff members do not speak English but you still can manage. Thanks to all the staff members and managers (Jessica, Lidia, Daniel etc.) who helped me have a great stay.

Summary: Novotel BH provides a comfortable stay, with an excellent on site restaurant, but some service quality issues with the front desk staff take the shine off the experience. The good: Room: room is large compared to other Novotel I have stayed at recently. Big, comfortable bed and a large, hot, high-pressure shower. Excellent black out curtains and in room AC. Nice views of the city as well and surrounding hills. I got to enjoy a spectacular lightning storm on my last night. Restaurant: the on site restaurant is excellent, so much so I left a seperate review for that. Sebastiao and the restaurant team are fantastic and so was the food. Housekeeping: thank you to the team for their excellent service each day. Including leaving me a nice note when they heard my guest was unwell the night before and provided new towels and sheets on request without any issues. The bad: Accor status recognition: there was no recognition of my gold status on check-in and the welcome gift was a strange keychain/bottle opener; rather than the standard water or food item that I would have much preferred. A welcome note was left in the room, but in Portuguese. Front desk: check-in was a rough experience. When I arrived there were four staff, none who were serving customers and they all nudged each other while giggling to gesture for someone else to serve me. This property does share an entrance with the adjacent Ibis Budget - from this experience I thought I may have entered the wrong hotel. There is extremely limited English spoken by the front desk staff as well, my check in was conducted via grunts and nods. Keycard: thankfully not as bad as my recent experience at the Novotel in Rio, but my keycard stopped working twice during my three night stay - forcing me to waste time going to the front desk. Conclusion: with some retraining and enhancements to the service provided by the front desk, this hotel could easily become a four star rating. Right now, it’s just average in my opinion.

La mia prenotazione non è stata identificata dall'hotel. Sono arrivato alle 17:50 per fare il check-in , ma la cliente non ha riconosciuto la mia prenotazione e ha rifiutato di consegnare la mia lettera di accesso alla stanza. È stato informato che la prenotazione sarebbe stata posta più tardi. Quando sono tornato di mattina, mi è stato informato che la mia prenotazione non è stata localizzata, causando un grosso spreco. Dopo molto dibattito, l'accesso è stato rilasciato.Il soggiorno è stato completamente compromettato, e desidero che il risarcimento del valore speso

Such a wonderful time spent at Hilton Garden inn! After almost 30 years without visiting my hometown I was greeted with a wonderful team! Thank you so much for making sure I was comfortable! You guys did everything to accommodate me ,to make me happy as I went to say my last goodbye to my mother… Thank you for everything you all did for me! In this time of sadness. I left happier than when I arrived! Everything was the way I expected: such a clean rooms! Spacious, slept like a angel! No noises at all! Amazing shower! (Just how I like) Felt like a waterfall! All though our language is português, everyone English spoken! So Awesome! Not to mention the beautiful city view! I consider now my HOME. Situazione eccellente, buon colazione. Aria condizionata debole per il calore che faceva il giorno e le penderie non sono così confortevoli

L'hotel è fantastico, ma un hotel di questo porto non funziona Internet e in pieno domenica due ascensori non funzionano ha causato un grande disturbo, ancora più per l'evento che ha avuto questo giorno ...lamentabile

L'aria condizionata della stanza non funzionava bene. Questa è l'unica reclamo che avrei avuto dall'hotel. Inoltre, la mia esperienza è stata fantastica, ora l'aria condizionata ha davvero lasciato molto da desiderare...

hotel é super bem localizado. Muito limpo e pessoal acolhedor. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Garagem deixa um pouco a desejar... principalmente em carros maiores. num geral o hotel eh muito bom.

Hotel molto buono, con ottimo servizio (Abbiamo avuto problemi nella chiusura che sono stati risolti rapidamente), eccellente pulizia, buon colazione ben servito, parcheggio tranquillo, posizione facile e con commercio vicino (Via Brasile e alcune pizzeria, Non ho avuto problemi con il letto, ma Renata è un po' strano. Un'accento va all'isolamento acustico delle camere, da dove non si ascolta rumore esterno, anche se davanti alla strada. Raccomando, soprattutto per chi intende visitare la regione di Pampulha, buon costo x beneficio!
