Hotel in zona Cidade Administrativa, Belo Horizonte

Ottimo luogo e accoglienza confortevole. Caffè mattina con varietà e riposo in qualsiasi momento. Per quanto riguarda l'igiene ho avuto un piccolo problema con il coperchio che era sporco ma sono stati chiesti per risolvere. L'unica domanda sarebbe quella delle tovaglie da bagno che avevano un odore molto forte di cloro. In generale, ho trovato un buon soggiorno e anche la vista è molto bella.

Infelizmente eu realizei uma reserva errada e a trip não me reembolsou mesmo Pedindo com antecedência. Me ligaram umas 3x mas só funcionário falando em inglês e eu não falo inglês.

”Parcheggio gratuito senza manobrista è disponibile sul posto.” È quello che è scritto nella descrizione dell'hotel, ma quando sono tornato da una parte notturna per tenere il mio veicolo, mi hanno informato che il parcheggio era pieno e c'è parcheggio, ma... con disponibilità. Ho dovuto lasciare in strada. Internet molto lento e telefono della camera non funzionava. Inoltre tutto era dentro il normale. Buona colazione.

Viajei no carnaval. Hotel bem organizado. Funcionários educados. Acomodações super satisfatórias. Higiene em dia. Café da manhã gostoso. Hotel localizado num bairro tranquilo. Piscina pequena mas dá pra utilizar tranquilamente. Academia tem esteira, elíptico e bicicleta. Gostei

Tutto molto bene. Il caffè è incredibile!! Solo la pulizia che non esisteva, anche l'ascensore era sporco, aveva i capelli in tutto il bagno, tutto con segni di sporco. Il team è molto attento!!

Mi sono fermato in questo hotel e mi sono piaciuto le camere. Forniscono tutto quello che poteva essere necessario: una piccola cucina, wifi, e anche una lavanderia nel seminterrato. Ciò che mi è particolarmente emerso è la disponibilità e l’ospitalità del personale. Sono veramente attenti. Una buona scelta di hotel per chi cerca comfort e comodità.

We stayed for almost ten long days in this hotel, where beds are uncomfortable and the elevators are always packed. The front desk staff is rude and will show you an attitude anytime you stop by to ask for help. During the checkout, they tried to charge us for breakfast on a day that we were actually in another city in Brazil. I had to show them the boarding passes to prove that we could not eat in the hotel because we were not in Belo Horizonte that day. They have a huge conference center that is always booked. Good luck trying to get a cab in front of the hotel. You will have to find space between the buses parked in front of the front entrance. Additionally, this hotel is on a hectic road, and the windows are not noise-canceling. Therefore, the rooms are very noisy. There is a Japanese restaurant on the premise where the service is equally lame, and the food sucks. We did not pass the appetizer because the waiter brought us the wrong beer and refused to take it back, and the tempura was disgusting. The manager is too lazy to fix that mess because they get enough money with the conferences. We are not coming back for sure!!

Já conhecia este hotel. Foi minha segunda hospedagem no mesmo. É um hotel de excelência em qualidade de serviços. Instalações excelentes (quartos, restaurante, garagem, elevadores). Quando cheguei, o perfume que estava na recepção era maravilhoso. Utilizei o restaurante somente para o café da manhã. Excelente! Única ponderação que faço é que para o preço da diária da hospedagem que cobram, não contemplar o estacionamento é um ponto que pode fazer perder hóspedes. Eu mesmo faço questão de hotel com estacionamento gratuito para o hóspede.

Summary: Novotel BH provides a comfortable stay, with an excellent on site restaurant, but some service quality issues with the front desk staff take the shine off the experience. The good: Room: room is large compared to other Novotel I have stayed at recently. Big, comfortable bed and a large, hot, high-pressure shower. Excellent black out curtains and in room AC. Nice views of the city as well and surrounding hills. I got to enjoy a spectacular lightning storm on my last night. Restaurant: the on site restaurant is excellent, so much so I left a seperate review for that. Sebastiao and the restaurant team are fantastic and so was the food. Housekeeping: thank you to the team for their excellent service each day. Including leaving me a nice note when they heard my guest was unwell the night before and provided new towels and sheets on request without any issues. The bad: Accor status recognition: there was no recognition of my gold status on check-in and the welcome gift was a strange keychain/bottle opener; rather than the standard water or food item that I would have much preferred. A welcome note was left in the room, but in Portuguese. Front desk: check-in was a rough experience. When I arrived there were four staff, none who were serving customers and they all nudged each other while giggling to gesture for someone else to serve me. This property does share an entrance with the adjacent Ibis Budget - from this experience I thought I may have entered the wrong hotel. There is extremely limited English spoken by the front desk staff as well, my check in was conducted via grunts and nods. Keycard: thankfully not as bad as my recent experience at the Novotel in Rio, but my keycard stopped working twice during my three night stay - forcing me to waste time going to the front desk. Conclusion: with some retraining and enhancements to the service provided by the front desk, this hotel could easily become a four star rating. Right now, it’s just average in my opinion.
