Dirty in thee hall way

Took way too long to check in, over an hour standing in line. Was disappointed to not see the bar open on the Saturday night as well. The room was delightful though.

Very nice room - massive and extremely comfortable bed. Nice and quiet. I had never heard of this place before but am very sure I will be staying again. Fairly close to the airport as well, which I needed.

第二次入住這家酒店，房間很大，床也還是挺舒服的，但是唯一美中不足就是，我住的的房間在2樓，但是電梯壞了，衹能走樓梯，提着行李不是很方便。

Mixed feelings about this hotel. We had a large, clean family room with comfortable beds. It said with a view of the Swan River, but not really. However we ate outside on the terrace which did have a good view of the river and was nice to watch the sun set. Our issue really was with the staff who seemed completely disinterested - from the Reception staff to those in the bar/restaurant. Didn't make the best impression. For us however the hotel served its purpose after a long road trip - near to the airport, ready for our flight home the next day. Just felt like it lacked the personal touch (and it wasn't even busy - there were only a couple of other people in the bar/restaurant area. It felt very quiet).

We were looking forward to enjoying a meal at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant is well-appointed - a lovely surprise from the exterior - and the menu contains a good selection of meals to satisfy varying tastes. Unfortunately, that was as far as the experience went. We were a party of 5 and ordered our food and drinks 15 minutes after we were all seated. After having waited on our meal an hour I attended the bar and asked for an update on our order as we had only received our drinks. I was informed that our docket had gone missing (even though we were served our drinks) and that our meal would be served within the next 15 minutes. After having waited another 30 minutes we left. To make matters worse, no one attended our table during the one and a half hours to replenish our water, take more drinks orders, or to check on us or provide an update on our meal. The restaurant was not full, there was one table seating a party of two; another table with a party of six; and one other larger party. Regardless, the lack of service and the wait time cannot be justified even if the restaurant was busy. An absolute disappointment - we left and attended another nearby restaurant.

Never again, just did three night here...where does one start..... Rooms are modern and recently redone so not to shabby, however, a four star rated hotel OMG what a joke...I was put here by an employer and he was astounded when i told him about my stay that this is "apparently a 4 star hotel" ....self rated i am sure!!. Ok so for a four star hotel, No bottled water in the room, no mini bar, No hotel guide in the room at all ( what time do meals start, pool hours etc) nada...Zilch?? Extreme chinese decor is ok if thats your thing but I personally fgound it overbearing but that just me. No Foxtel on TV, No pay per view movies, Smart tv installed however no netflix or other apps installed so one could log in, meals start too late (0730) if your working for breakfast and later on the weekend (0830). When you have a shower the water is timed!!!!! it shuts off after a certain time period, (***) start it again & it goes for about 20 seconds...Very very hard to get an answer from reception. meal in the restaurant was ok but i have never had a lamb cutlet so thin and definitely not worth $ 45 dollars no way oh and charge my room please. No You pay now ? seriously?? grabbed three mid strenghth beers when i arrived $36 OMG seriously another 20 bucks i can get a whole carton (which i did!!) the other guy i was working with was from an overseas vendor and was returning home the next day he asked for a late checkout and was informed no we do not do them???? we need the rooms? Trust me this place was not full he was astounded as was our boss. Rooms are serviced every day but very badly anything on the floor (paper etc) not removed bins not emptied instant coffe not replaced (4 star hotel yet no milk supplied ???) Dead set serious for the price that they are asking (281-295$AUD) then go elsewhere their are way better 4 star( LOL ) places this place is simply taking the pi #$ never ever again !

Never ever ever again will we stay here . No food or bar services for the public holiday. We had to go to Petrol Station for food and drinks . We asked for drinks and were given cold tap water . Very disappointing stay . Very unusual approach to hospitality !!!
