Attempted to get a refund due to several reasons but the main reason is because the hotel was not clean, had bugs and roaches and a hole in the wall where I was able to see through to the room next to me. Left right after checking in. It was disgusting.

it was an experience
The place looks nice from outside. the room was clean as far as i could tell. the bed was amazingly comfortable. however, the shower head ******, so i had to go to walmart and buy one to take a decent shower. The cox cable box was mounted too low so you had to sit directly in front of it to change the channels on the tv. Oh, theres people that live there long term so expect to hear rowdy kids stomping around in the middle of the night and screaming up and down the hallway. On our last morning there we killed a dozen roaches, i hope they took care of that problem.

Room size is tolerable, TV remote was almost unusable, found a bug crawling on the wall (not a bedbug), bed was not too hard but small, kitchenette was nice, no chairs except for desk chair...all in all, I got what I paid for, not the Ritz, nor was it a hovel...I'd stay there again if the price ($77) remains the same.

The room was not clean, blanket had butn holes duvet had bleach stains, walls had stains, blinds dirty/dusty...they still allow smoking in building and it smelled like it, also dogs everywhere (im allergic) poop in grass, gross!! And front desk closes ar 9 or 10... wow
However- staff was friendly!

First impression was not sure we wanted to stay there...parking lot was trashy & cement bumpers were crumbling. Desk clerk was friendly & room was clean. Triple door locks were not reassuring. Usually, extended stays have coffee, basic dishes, etc., but not here.. 2 plastic cups in bathroom. TV worked! Bed was ok; however, we got up early to leave. Would not stay there again.

Outside of building looks good but inside very run down. Dead bolt and remote didn't work. Sheets were stained.

Booked a non smoking room with a travel bundle package with air & car
Room was only provided as smoking and told property can’t stay in smoking room and was told sorry but call ******* to deal with it which at that point he completed transaction charging me for room.
Will start to book directly with hotels going forward.

Almost
The overall cleanliness and condition of the faciilty was good. There were too many cigarette butts on the ground near the door. The room was good but there was not a lamp to read by, just overhead lighting. Also a ceiling bulb was burnt out in the kitchenette. There were no drapes on the window, just blinds. Not good for a ground floor room. The staff was very friendly and professional.
