Hotel con piscina a Bellevue

The breakfast buffet was really good. There wasn't too many selection but everything was good. The location is the best, it's connected to Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square , so it was perfect for Black Friday. Although there were 2 days where they missed the housekeeping, but after we called they came the next day. But overall it is good.

不錯哈 房間很大 跟老媽兩個人住 這個房間其實住住四個人都不成問題 美國大多數酒店都是老舊臟 這個酒店的衞生在美國算是比較乾淨的 早餐尚可 關鍵有免費停車 去downtown太空針 碼頭 還有 華大 都很近

Very bad experience. Andrea and Gloria in front desk were super rude and lied. Booked King Studio Nature Preserve view ( which is more expensive than regular studio) since I am light sleeper. Checked in at 9 pm, confirmed it was the quiet nature reserve side as I booked before checking in. The front desk Andrea checked me into different room( on the freeway side instead of Nature preserve view) without informing me the change at all. I got into the room. Found it was on the wrong side of the building facing freeway super noisy. Asked front desk, another lady Gloria told me somebody else took my room just before I checked in and they do not have any nature reserve view room available, and insisted they informed me they gave a free upgrade to freeway side. I said I did not request upgrade to freeway , and checking in Andrea did not mention the change at all and really need my natural view room as I reserved so that I can sleep. Gloria said only one bad room under lobby left they do not give to customer normally. Then Andrea accused me that I booked the regular room not the nature view room until I showed my reservation email clear mentioning nature reserve view. Then they changed the story again to say it was sold out , and they said website oversold their rooms all the times. It is my problem that I checked in late and room was gone. Is it the whole point of reservation to book online with credit card for your room so that you can have the room you requested? They were Super rude and lied through the way. Told us we can leave. We have no choice to leave and Andrea wanted to charge us penalty for checking out. I think it is ridiculous that they gave our room to others and left no room to us, finally they agreed no penalty. Finally we left at 10 pm and have to go to another Marriot hotel nearby. I called customer service , but he cannot do anything about this. I have been a Marriott member for so many years, that is the worst service we had. Luckily we got another room in another hotel Marriott Bellevue. the Marriott Bellevue front desk ladies were super nice and apologized for the bad services from the residence inn Bellevue / Downtown.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti durante il fine settimana per partecipare a un concorso. Avevamo un buon tasso, quindi il valore del soggiorno era grande per questa zona occupata. Il colazione continentale aveva una buona varietà e tipico per questo livello di hotel. Le camere erano pulite e ci piaceva l'uso della microonde e del frigo. Ci sono molte opzioni alimentari e shopping nelle vicinanze. Non in un ristorante o bar, ma hanno un piccolo negozio. Ci siamo “andati” e tutti si sono incontrati nella zona comune per mangiare. I bambini godevano la piscina ma si chiuse alle 8 anche il fine settimana. I letti erano un po 'soft. È su una collina di livello diviso in modo che potessimo parcheggiare fuori dalla nostra seconda stanza. Il personale era attento e utile.

Ho prenotato questo hotel per la mia famiglia e un'altra famiglia per godere di cose turistiche di Seattle (Pike’s e Space Needle). Iniziato positivamente. Lobby era bello e il check-in era grande. Abbiamo andato nelle camere e le altre recensioni erano giuste. È molto in giù, come super in giù - ha davvero bisogno di una rigenerazione. Il bagno era lo stesso, sporco e il commutatore di luce funzionava, ma il pannello era rotto. Deve essere rotto per un po' e nessuno ha avuto problemi a sostituire. Inoltre, la stanza ha profumi piuttosto cattivi. Non nemmeno sicuramente da dove veniva. Era un odore di vecchia musica. Era molto simile a un vecchio hotel come il 80s. C'era un snafu di cui parlare, quindi la gestione è consapevole. Aggiungiamo un'altra notte al check-in, ma in qualche modo non è stato inserito? Perché siamo tornati in camera e le carte chiave non funzionavano. I papà andarono al divano di fronte per controllare, e sicuramente era l'errore degli hotel. E hanno menzionato la persona del divano di sera non era molto amichevole. Comunque, pensieri finali, una richiesta dei miei figli: non stare più in questo hotel.

The hotel was clean and felt safe. We enjoyed the fact that the hotel is tucked away from the chaos. It was quiet for the most part (there were some events taking place that were a little noisy). Parking was included and so was breakfast. Breakfast was different daily. The pool was clean and maintained.

This place is a de-flagged Courtyard Marriott. Honestly for that description it isn’t too bad - the room was clean, the old-style keycard doors indicated it had been quite a while since an update…but the mattress was fine. Common areas seemed decent, though gym actually was quite sad - very small, machines oddly wedged together, TV blasting at 5 am So a high three stars maybe four for the facility - I didn’t pay very much either. But the reason I’m giving a much lower score…5 am and I’m going to the gym. Walking through the main lobby on the way there were two me talking extremely loudly in a language I don’t speak…and seemingly on the phone too telling someone else about the condition of pieces. It later turned out that this was the front desk clerk and someone else seemingly in their employ. That other person shortly after I went to the gym proceeded to follow me in, walking in and out and seemingly inspecting different pieces. He was completely oblivious to anyone else…after probably walking in and out ten times and continuing to talk on speaker at a non-indoor speaking point volume, I asked if he could stop or be quieter while I was using the gym….and he proceeded to to say “No, I need to do this now”. Honestly this wasn’t the end of the world…it’s less about the case itself…but is this the attitude towards guests? Like do I need to apologize for wanting a reasonable environment in the gym? At that time the morning? Couldn’t you consider others at all? So my experience otherwise had been fine -but this is not an establishment I’d want to do business with again.

Adatto per guidare da Seattle, risolvere il parcheggio gratuito, guidare a 15 minuti dal centro di Seattle, e attraversare un bellissimo ponte.Belvedere è bella, tranquilla e sicura.L'hotel ha sia la qualità di Casey che il caldo appartamento familiare.Molto buono

Happy with my choose really good the room was great all the staff was amazing, has restaurants which is nice and service room, I went to couple Times to the gym. And I use the laundry room
