This rental is only for the basement suite and does not include the upper levels nor the backyard. Guests staying on the upper level have a separate entrance and there is no access to the lower floor from the upper level. **Home Highlights** • Ample parking on driveway and in front of the home • Separately controlled heating & cooling for the Seattle summer heat • Smart TV for streaming with Netflix logged in for use. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation.
