Freshly hand painted throughout, with a luxury bathroom equipped with a beautiful walk in glass and granite handmade shower. Throughout this charming unit fresh rustic flooring has just been laid from end to end. Large, spacious kitchen with full-size refrigerator, microwave, and stove top, complete with all of the hardware you need to whip up a wonderful dinner for your family to enjoy while you watch the waves crash in on the soft, beautiful sand beach. Family room boasts a brand new 55 inch smart TV you can log your netflix into and enjoy the programming you want as well as free cable, while you relax on a brand new ultra soft leather couch, complete with memory foam mattress upgrade, that also sleeps 2. The large, oversize bedroom also has a TV with free cable programming, and brand new sheets, blankets, and comforters, and plenty of storage for all of your clothes. There is a free laundry room with washers and dryers so you can do any laundry you wish du ring your stay. You can watch the sunrises and sunsets from your own balcony on the second floor, enjoying the beautiful sounds and smells of the ocean merely steps away. Outside is a clean, heated pool, perfect for a quick dip and cooling off. We have stays available from 6 nights and up. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is a hallway bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. It's a wonderful addition to your beachfront lifestyle. to noise violation, tenants reservation may be cancelled with no refund. cleaning. after maintenance finishes prepping the rental property for check in, a cleaning crew is assigned to prepare the premises for check in. all of our properties are professionally cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. we expect to have the premises in excellent condition when you arrive and would appreciate your assistance in leaving the unit in a reasonable condition upon your departure. upon arrival in the event tenant finds a cleaning failure please report it to the office within 90 minutes of check in so that we can remedy any matters, we will send our cleaning crew. however; no refunds will be made after we send our cleaning crew. beach time rentals will make every effort to satisfy the requirements of each tenant. if we have not heard from you within four hours of check-in, we will assume that you are satisfied with the cleanliness of the home. at check out: any excessive
