I had a red eye flight and got In at 5am. When booking they said I’d need to rent the room for the previous night to stay. The hotel was not full being a Tuesday. So I rented the room. I requested a late checkout and was given only until noon! They have room rates at the desk that said $76 for a room and I paid 87 through the trip this app. I asked how much to stay untill 4. They wanted to charge me another day at the $87 room rate. I realize there are rules they need to follow. Customer service is extremely lacking. The maid knocked repeatedly at my door with the do not disturb sign on the door plain to see. So I was woken up 2 hours before I was due to checkout. Nothing was done for disturbing me and only after 4 hours of sleep. It was clean, grounds look nice but don’t expect any customer service. I am sitting on a bench in front of the property as my family cannot pick me up until 4. Did not use any amenities.

The shower faucet was broken and we were barely able to turn it on/off. Staff seemed blausee about answering questions or assisting patrons with even the most basic issues.

This place is old and outdated. All rooms are on the outside with no elevator so you have to carry bags up outside stairs. It is dirty and old on the walkways. Bathtub was old and creaky. Floors and countertops appeared updated and the bed was comfortable but the bedspread felt creepy but the sheets and comforter was okay. Staff at check in was curt and rude. Understaffed -had to wait at least 15 minutes in a line while he answered phone repeatedly and was pretty curt to those on the phone. He was obviously overworked. Would not come back even though we used this night to get close to the airport. I will pay more to stay in a better quality place in the future.

Not certain which continent was represented in their continental breakfast. Dry instant eggs, no meats, white bread only. It was horrifying. Don't stay here.
