Hotel con colazione inclusa a Belle Isle

On September 29th, I booked a hotel and requested shuttle service and early check-in. i explained to agent that i need a hotel from 10am to 4pm because my flight at 6pm. So early check in was important. She assured me that its no problem. I called the front desk of Quality inn to confirm these arrangements, but they informed me that there was no shuttle available. The staff member I spoke to was unfriendly and suggested I take a taxi instead in rude manner. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk- Raul informed me that check-in was at 3pm, despite my request for early check-in. I explained the situation again, but he told me to wait until 3pm. I contacted an agent named Jason, who tried to assist me by calling the concierge. Unfortunately, the concierge was unhelpful and unfriendly towards Jason as well. Jason transferred me to customer service, and they also spoke to the concierge. These conversations with three different agents took a total of two hours. During this time, I observed the concierge accommodating two other individuals while completely disregarding our presence. Eventually, customer service informed me that the concierge will assign us a room. However, cancelling the reservation was not an option as the concierge mentioned a penalty fee. I was left perplexed as to what this penalty entailed. Furthermore, the concierge's unprofessional behavior persisted even during the check-in process. Consequently, I received incorrect information regarding the availability of shuttle services and early check-in. I was treated very rood and unfair.

Great hotel, convenient location in walking distance to some airport car rentals. Very clean with style decor. Big flat screen in the room, all dove washing liquids (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, body lotion). Variety of food for free breakfast. Gas station just next to hotel, which makes it convenient to refuel your rental car before returning

Il servizio clienti era molto buono e amichevole. Molto utile. La stanza era profumata come lenzuola e molle. Il doccia era sotto la riparazione e la superficie del pavimento del doccia era grossa e terribile da quello che sembrava un materiale di riparazione. Il telefono in camera non funzionava così doveva andare indietro e indietro al desk quando avevo bisogno di aiuto. (Sì, anche usato il mio telefono cellulare) il frigorifero non si raffreddava mai e il mio cibo era sprecato, ciò che non era sprecato portava l’odore di stench di quello che era mai profumato male nel frigo da prima di arrivare lì. Molto deluso e maltrattato per coloro che lavorano in quel paese, tutti molto amichevoli e cercano di mantenerlo allegri.

Questa era una viaggia di un minuto molto tardi. Non sono arrivato all'hotel fino alle 11:00, ma il check-in è stato facile. considerando l'ora in cui erano abbastanza occupati, ma era tutto bene. La parte migliore di questo era l'opzione di colazione $10.00. Non perché il cibo era eccellente, era un colazione alberghiero. Era davvero buono e il server che era anche il cuoco, faceva ogni ordine come si siedeva. Il capo José era la persona più felice e incoraggiante che abbia mai incontrato in viaggio d’affari da molto tempo, e mi ha fatto meglio con la mano dopo aver combattuto con le compagnie aeree per 45 minuti nella mia stanza, cercando di risolvere un errore. Questo è il mio primo uso di Trip.com per una prenotazione, e li userò ancora!
