Really disappointed, was the worst experience ever😞
We arrived at 2:10 pm because they charge my debit card at 1 pm twice and how I booked 2 room I thought was both room separated but at my arrival the receptionist said that the check in was at 3 pm I completely understand and I said ok and I went to other place making time. I went back at 3:08 pm and then appear only one room available, we was 4 adults and 2 kids one of them infant but the other teenager imposible fit in one room. I showed her my reservation from ******* web and the two charge on my debit card and after a called she only told me sorry and that all of that was Expedia's fault because they send the reservation wrong, I explained her that I didn't care faults I just need the rooms because my 1 years old girl was really tired after 6 hours trip, but the receptionist just said sorry again and she gave me a paper with a few hotel that I could try to get a reservation myself. That left me in terrible rain with wind, a crying baby and a two-hour trip through traffic to get a new hotel downtown, which was not what I was looking for because I had chosen that hotel because it was close to my husband's work. A completely disaster 😡
