Non avevamo prenotato in questa struttura, ma il Best Western (che ha fatto overbooking) ci ha trovato una sistemazione qui. Il mio plauso va veramente al personale, fiore all’occhiello di questo posto: super cordiale! Ci tengono a farti sentire a casa Grazie per averci ospitati

Wonderful place and even more wonderful owner and staff who went above and beyond to make our one night stay stress free. Very quaint and cozy little hotel. Room was very clean and modern with lots of amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Area felt very safe and secure, gated with very friendly onsite security. We just happened to stay over Easter weekend when, unbeknownst to us, pretty much everything is closed. The owner David came in on his first day off in one year and drove us and another guest to one of the only open restaurants in town and picked us up afterward since the taxi services were also not open. The next day he stored our luggage for us after check out while we went exploring before our flight that night. He was very easy to contact, so kind and genuine, and made us feel like we were family. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The hotel is very well located and near to everything including the ferry. It was quiet, calm and beautifully decorated. Judy was awesome! got us a car rental last minute. It was our first time in Belize and she made us feel welcomed and comfortable. I cant wait to see Judy again!

We recently stayed at One South Place, a lovely boutique hotel reminiscent of my childhood near the downtown area of Belize City and close to what's called Foreshore. David and Judith were very responsive from the time of our first inquiry, and their staff was equally accommodating and responsive throughout our week-long stay. Our rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Our Belizean breakfast of eggs, refried beans, fresh fruit, either fry jacks (think a savory beignet) or johnny cakes (baked), and natural juice or coffee at Meg's Corner Cafe was delicious every morning. The property is secure and while there is no parking on site, parking is just across the street in a designated lot. I look forward to a future stay.

One South Place Hotel is a quaint, sweet, unique hotel, which offers the wonderful feeling of being at home away from home. The hospitality and service from the owner & staff is very unique, each individual needs are met with attention and a Touch of Class! An additional charm is that you are gently awaken by the sweet sounds of the beautiful birds in the area. I would highly recommend this little gem in the heart of Belize as an amazing place to stay on your vacation.

On my first visit to the City of Belize I had the good fortune of ending up at this amazing and cozy hotel where David and Judy and the rest of the staff made me feel like I was staying with family members. I showed up without a reservation and it was raining and I was very tired. David and Judy took me in even though they were expecting a large group the next day and they had little availability. Yet, their willingness to help me was evident. Everyday all the staff at the hotel cared for my wellbeing and made sure I was offered exceptional service. The hotel is so nice and clean and very, very cozy. Having breakfast with David and Judy and other guests was my favorite! During the late evening I always got help from the staff for ordering in or having a nice traditional Belizean meal at the hotel. David always gave me great advise of where to visit and where to find the best archeological sites of Belize. Thanks to David and Judy and all the staff at One South Place Hotel my vacation in this beautiful country was amazing. There is no better place to stay in the City of Belize. I highly recommend this hotel and I am sure I will be returning with my whole family soon. Thanks for everything David and Judy and staff.

One South Place is truly a hidden gem in Belize City., From the moment I walked in I felt at home and safe. I was welcomed by all the staff. The property is beautiful , clean , quiet and safe. The room was the perfect size, the bed super comfortable, the bathroom as well as the room was clean and everything was in working condition.. You will get help with planning a tour if you need it. The food and drinks I had were delicious. The walk to the San Pedro Express board taxi is less than a 10 minutes walk, so it’s very convenient location if you want to venture out to different Cayes-islands. You get treated like family, I highly recommended.

I didn’t want to write a review as I’d like to keep this secret Belizean gem only to myself but that’ll be a disservice to the hardworking individuals that make this place the treasure it is. I’d categorized it more as a boutique resort and not a hotel as hotel gives a certain vibe. This is without a doubt a traveler’s dream find…Location: perfect! Hospitality: top notch! Service: white glove! Meals: local/delicious/well priced/on-site! Lodging: priced well/very comfortable/sea-view! A true home away from one’s home.

The place is amazing great family atmosphere we were welcomed like old friends. Perfect location for walking around town. Food is great cold beers 🍻.The staff is very friendly and informative about giving use information on where to visit within walking distance.
