Ideally located hotel. Stay here to be within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, museums & sights. All the staff we encountered were very polite & spoke very good English. They were always willing to offer tips for restaurants, sights & transportation around the city. The breakfast had a great selection of healthy options along with the choice of freshly cooked meals. Even though the hotel is situated near to many bars, restaurants & the main shopping street, we never had a bad nights sleep. The rooms were well appointed & kept spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again.

My recent stay at Five Points Square in Belgrade provided a mixed experience, but ultimately, it was satisfactory. The standout feature of this hotel is undeniably its convenient location. The location was just super convenient and central. Situated right next to the Republic Square, which is literally the heart of the city, the meeting point of locals, in close proximity to main attractions (within 15 minutes walk) it offered easy access to explore the surrounding area, which was a definite plus. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was fairly small, clean and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, and I had a decent night's sleep. The bathroom was clean. The building was old and showed signs of wear and tear. The hotel rents 2 or 3 floors of the administrative building as I understood. This hotel could be a suitable choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for a centrally located base to explore the area. Upon check out, I've asked the front manager to show me bigger rooms. The room I was shown had a great view of the Republic Square. I will consider staying in this room again for my next visit this summer

Ho scelto l'Hotel Location per la sua eccellente posizione. Molti ristoranti, bar e vista sono a pochi passi. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto amichevole e utile e ha potuto rispondere a tutte le mie domande prima e durante il mio soggiorno. La mia camera era ben progettata con un minibar ben accanto. Internet WiFi era stabile e veloce. L'unica difetta era la doccia nella mia camera. Non c'era modo di usare la doccia senza inondare l'intera camera da bagno. Il personale di pulizia ha fatto il bagno senza spot ogni giorno.

My wife and I were excited to be among the earliest visitors to this stunningly renovated hotel. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm waned as we discovered that the hotel still has some way to go before we could confidently recommend it to others. Issues started cropping up shortly after check-in. Our key card for the room didn’t work, and took several trips back and forth before it was properly activated. In our room, the air conditioning was non-functional, with the temperature remaining at 26°C / 79°F. Despite bringing this to the attention of multiple staff members, the problem remained unresolved. After an uncomfortable first night of attempting to sleep in a warm room, the hotel offered to change our room. We undertook the task of relocating from the 5th floor to the 2nd floor, only to realize that the AC in the new room wasn't working either, with no solution from the staff. It left us wondering why the room wasn't checked for proper functioning before having us move. In the second room, we noticed peculiar marks on the sheets. Pulling them back, we encountered bugs crawling on the mattress, leaving us feeling repulsed. We checked out, providing the front desk with photos and details of the situation. They offered no support or refund, only an apology and said they’ll call an exterminator. Pros: * Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant * Excellent inclusive breakfast * Upscale design elements Cons: * Presence of bugs/insects on the mattress (I won't speculate on the type) * Non functioning AC * Showers leak, leading to bathroom flooding * Automatic closet light turns off when opened and remains on when closed, causing light leakage into the room at night * Absence of top sheets on the bed

L'hotel è vicino a Dagong Street. È comodo raggiungere a piedi varie attrazioni e i trasporti pubblici. Nella zona circostante ci sono molte panetterie, caffetterie e ristoranti cinesi e occidentali. L'interno della camera è pulito, spazioso e confortevole, molto carino!

歷史建築的酒店，地段好，出入方便，附近有機場bus，附近有個大公街（步行街）直通海邊公園的一些景點。 酒店房間很小有點侷促，但設施齊備，HouseKeeper很奈斯。 早餐豐盛，早餐廳裝飾華麗，又高又寬敞，隨看街景。 衹有一點，在收citytax時，前台算錯了，後來解決了。

E'un'ottima assistenza e servizio in questo hotel. Le donne al di fuori del dipartimento erano così gentili e utili. È rimasta cosi' fredda quando un altro ospite uscì chiedendo un ferro mentre ci controllava. Le ha minacciato di andare in un altro hotel se non si fermasse a aiutarci e a richiamare la sua attenzione su di lui. L'ha gestita perfettamente. La nostra camera era comoda e il colazione era eccellente. Perfetta posizione. Parcheggio vale la pena di pagare l'eccedenza.

Ottimo hotel sotto tutti i punti di vista. Reception perfetta come la colazione, piscina bellissima con annessa un'ottima spa, bella palestra. Camere pulite ed ampie. Colazione molto varia con dolce e salato e preparazione live di omelette. Ampi spazi tutti ben tenuti e puliti. Tornerei volentieri

We go to Belgrade for business, we move to the Metropol when our usual hotel was being renovated…My wife liked the move so we stayed…Park, Pool, stunning view of Belgrade, Nemanja the guest relation manager definitely made a difference…you like the home away from home to feel a bit special…he understood how a regular client needs can be answer in order to feel special and personal…where and when possible…Thank you

Questo hotel mi ha davvero sorpreso! Ci andava bene sotto tutti gli aspetti. Volevamo stare fuori città, in pace e tranquillità, ma con i trasporti nelle vicinanze. Quindi l'autobus numero 72 ferma molto vicino, dall'aeroporto ci vogliono 15 e 25 minuti per raggiungere il centro di Belgrado. L'hotel stesso è circondato da case private. Le camere sono nuove, l'impianto idraulico è buono, i materassi sono eccellenti e questo è importante. TV enorme, Wi-Fi, tantissime lampade, lampadine e ogni tipo di illuminazione. C'è un bollitore. Ci aspettavamo che per pochi soldi avremmo trovato un alloggio al livello di un buon ostello, ma il risultato ha superato le aspettative, l'hotel è bello. C'è, tuttavia, uno svantaggio. Adiacente all'edificio dell'hotel si trova una casa privata, che in inverno viene riscaldata naturalmente e quando non c'è vento, i gas di scarico del tubo della caldaia volano nell'atmosfera proprio davanti alle finestre dell'hotel. A Fors la stanza è un po' calda, ma se apri la finestra si sente l'odore. È positivo che la casa non sia riscaldata 24 ore su 24, quindi l’odore sgradevole si avverte solo occasionalmente, soprattutto la sera e la mattina presto. In piacevole nota vorrei segnalare un'ottima pasticceria, i pasticcini sono ottimi. In generale consiglio l'hotel a chi non ha bisogno di storie e di feste attive. Per i passeggeri in transito per un paio di notti, questo è tutto. Se la politica dei prezzi continua, torneremo sicuramente di nuovo qui.
