This is truly a Grand Hotel albeit it seems that management isn’t sure how far this will be executed. The hallway is stunning with a stairway at the end and beautiful windows. A lot of Art Deco elements. You can’t have a drink after dinner-unless with a reservation- and for a drink at the bathtub I had to put my clothes on again and head to the reception. Moreover, the user manual for the mobile airco is in French only and when a friendly lady explained it was clear that even with an English text I would never have managed. Further: clean, great bed, good bathroom with all you can wish for. The service, both at the reception and later in the room was impeccable. Excellent English proficiency. Recommended.

Had a one night stay here. Great location right in the heart of Belfort. Five minute walk to the lion three minutes to restaurants and bars. Romms are modern and spacious everything one needs. Parking is extra to the rere of the hotel. Modern with old charm. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for two nights in a standard room ( Economique Semaine ). The room was adequate and if this is a four star hotel, the minimum bed size should be a queen size not a standard double bed. The room was clean and the bathroom was well appointed but small with a shower over the bath. From my experience, if the hotel is a four star and the bathrooms are small the bathroom layout would be much improved with a walk-in shower and no bath. We had breakfast which was 14.50 euros per person and given the breakfast offering this was not value for money. It was a very basic breakfast buffet and you were unable to order any hot food such as scramble eggs, omelettes or boiled eggs ( offered but cold hard boiled only ). All in all our experience was okay but it should have been great!!

Très bel hôtel: dès l'arrivée, le hall est magnifique surtout en ce moment avec un grand sapin, le personnel de réception est agréable et la chambre est impeccable et bien isolée des bruits extérieurs. Si l'on doit trouver quelque chose à redire, la salle de bain est petite mais cette impression pourrait être atténuée avec une porte coulissante. Notons qu'il y a un parking privatif bien utile dans ce quartier central.

Hôtel splendide, d'un grand standing, majestueux avec son grand escalier menant aux chambres. Décoration mêlant anciens et neufs, tout y est de bon goût. Chambre prestige vue citadelle : parfaite, literie confortable, spacieuse, propre et bien insonorisée. Parking privé (attention place limitée). Le moins est le petit déjeuner. 16.50€ de brioche tellement sèche que difficile à couper, de pains et croissants congelés, de salés ressortis plusieurs fois, pas de réapprovisionnement (plus de pancakes, plus œufs brouillés, plus de saucisses chaudes) , pas de service en salle. Réservez une chambre, déjeunez ailleurs !!!

Grand hôtel petits services Belle chambre très beau hall personnel sympathique Services faibles pour un hôtel 4 étoiles : frigo branché mais qui ne refroidi rien Climatisation bloquée à 24 degrés ( et non ce n’est pas une obligation gouvernementale mais seulement une recommandation ) il faisait super Chaud dans la chambre et on ne peut pas laisser les fenêtres ouvertes route trop passante Petit déjeuner très très moyen : viennoiserie immangeable ( j’ai amené un croissant à la personne de la réception pour qu’elle voit comme il était dur et immangeable , pareil pour la brioche) Le pain quelconque et super dur! Jus d’orange industriel // tables pas débarrassées quand les clients partent ( nous sommes restés une demi heure au petit déjeuner et nous n’avons pas vu un seul membre du personnel venir voir si tout allait ou si il manquait quelque chose. Dommage , pas digne d’un 4 étoiles

Très bel hôtel authentique dans l’ancien. La chambre est est spacieuse, très agréable et une bonne literie de qualité. Restaurant de très bonne qualité dans un environnement où il faut avouer il n’y a pas beaucoup de restaurants ouverts tard le soir. Service agréable et sympathique

A revoir le personnels et les consignes de respect envers les clients! J’ai du appelée la réception car j’avais un entretient dans cet hôtel ( je n’avais ni mail ni numéro pour contacter le manager, sur ma convocation il n’y avait rien sauf l’heure et l’adresse ) on me répond « je préviens rien du tout je suis a la réception si vous venez pas se n’est pas mon problème » et on me raccroche au nez. Je recontacte l’établissement on me réponds et on me raccroche au nez une nouvelle fois ! Je me rend donc directement à la réception il y a la « Patronne » ( qui a déjà du mal à s’exprimer en français ) sans même expliquer la situation, elle me répond « se n’est pas notre travail il faut directement contacter là personnes qui se charge de cet organisation » sérieux c’est quoi se manque de professionnalisme, il y a des façons de s’exprimer je ne pouvais pas savoir on peu expliquer les choses en s’exprimant CORRECTEMENT et sans MANQUE DE RESPECT ! Je n’imagine même pas le fonctionnement et l’accueil des clients ! A fuir AUCUNS RESPECT AUCUNS PROFESSIONNALISME JE N’AI JAMAIS VU ÇA !
