We enjoyed the retreat so much we will definitely go back again. The bungalow was beautiful, clean, well layed out and comfortable. The sound of water running and lovely trees surrounding was calming.. The views are exquisite. Even though the road to there is a bit rough, it is doable. It was definitely worth the travel.

Beautiful farm and the dams are well kept. Accommodation in the luxury cabins is highly recommended. Beautiful views, birdlife, walking trails. Cant wait to go back.

The property is beyond beautiful. Pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s worth the experience of spending some time away from the city and absorbing nature.

Leave the hustle and bustle and travel to an African paradise. Beautifully restored mill house, with the luxury of everything you need to make your stay memorable. Loved the tranquility and amenities,

Had a fantastic family weekend. Lets face it the venue is getting a bit tired and needs a revamp. I believe there are new owners coming in so hopefully the required investment takes place. Such a beautiful property with lots of potential. It is rather isolated, but ideal for some time quite time away. Two of the dams in great condition and well stocked. Caught plenty of fish which was nice. For me the trip well highlighted what a difference good onsite management can make in the tourism sector. Suzette and Gert were unbelievable and more than made up for the small imperfections. I wish them well with their next venture

Very relaxing. The management was extremely helpfull and friendly. Fishing was a new and exciting experience. Bottom dam needs attention. Venue is well cared for and very clean and neat. In future the tent accomodation will need structural attention although it was very pleasant, clean, neat and tidy.. The Mill was very informative and well kept.

We enjoyed our time there it’s quiet and peaceful. If you want to get away from the city just to breathe fresh air and see stars, this is the place.
