Apartments were lovely but will never ever go again checked out 7 days ago still haven’t gotten my deposit back, I was not told about the deposit until I was checking in, I was told it was a preauthorisation and would get it a few days after I checked out upon checking out I was told it would be 2 weeks (by a different person) 7 days later no refund it’s January and bills have to be paid so I am not happy! I was also told I had to pay for parking upon check in again nothing on the website about this. A disgrace trying to get money out of people after they have already paid for their trip. Might I also add I emailed regarding the deposit 4 days ago And no one in dream apartments bothered to reply to my email I understand in retail it’s busy but 4 days later no reply what a joke I will never recommend this place to stay ever to anyone

我覺得如果不是因為要給高達150英鎊的押金，都將近住宿金額的兩倍！而且還只能匯款或PayPal ，居然連刷卡都不行？難怪評價那麼差！要是三天我沒有收到押金，我會改一顆星然後噴爆他！

Also see reviews for Dream apartments Belfast- same place - AVOID Although in a great location and spacious the apartments are very dirty with very little provision in the kitchen. We couldn’t feed two of us. What mugs and cutlery there were had to be thoroughly washed. Bedding soiled. Blinds and lights broken . Service terrible. Reception unresponsive. Complaint’s ignored.

We had originally booked into the Dream Apartments at Donegal Quay, but on check in we were told we were actually staying in the ones on Dublin Road, which was fine but prior notification would have been nice. Additionally I was double charged for the room. Following checkout I was told I would be refunded. I waited 2 weeks with no refund and have since emailed 5 times as no one picks up the phone. I had one response which said thank you for the information and that was it (they also spelt my name wrong in the email). The staff admitted fault for double charging and yet won't issue a refund. Seems to be a reoccurring issue with people not getting their deposits refunded.

It is guaranteed that they will try to hold on to your security deposit, I can't think of anything else to call it but thievery. They do this separately to your booking through any agent so that they can keep it all. They repeatedly fail to respond to queries, seems they don't care remotely about their reputation - my advice is that the flats are convenient but include the extra £150 pounds for deposit in your costs as it will be a battle to get it back that I'm guessing few will follow through on.

Definitely not “luxury” apartments, furniture is dated and worn, apartment wasn’t clean, dust really think on bedroom windowsill and beside drawers were dirty inside. Wouldn’t return to these apartments. These apartments require some investment to make them “luxury”

I stayed at Dream Apartments for one night. I was surprised to find so many bad reviews, I had no problems during my stay here. I stayed in room 502. Only problem was that I had to wait around 10 minutes to return the key. Other than that it was great.

Apartment did what it said on the tin was somewhere to sleep! Overall the apartment was very run down and dirty. The couch had 2 big rips at either end, the skirting boards were caked in dirt as were the blinds. There was a chip missing out the bottom of the bath. The run down state didn't just apply to the room the corridors leading to the room were in the same state. Prior to staying I was sent an email about paying the £100 deposit prior to going as it makes check in easier. Sent the deposit over all was well, on leaving asked when would I recieve it back and was told 72 hours. 72 hours has now passed, they're not responding to any emails, phone just rings and rings. Absolute farce of a company and will not be letting this lie! My own fault for not reading reviews properly as this seems to be something they do on a regular occurrence, would avoid simply because of this. They shouldn't state a time frame in their documentation if they cant or have no intention to adhering to it, you should never have to chase your own money!

These apartments have a fab location and are a great base for exploring Belfast. The views are just fantastic. The apartment has everything you need and was very clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a trip to Belfast! Check in was easy and parking available in the underground!
