Recently renovated 1850’s 3 bedroom farm house with 2 bathrooms on 35 acre ‘Lower Mason Pond’ A bird watchers paradise . Eagles , loons, blue herons & various migrating ducks
Outdoor patio , gas grill with view of pond and 5 acre field . Canoes & paddle boat for your use. Come fish , Large & small mouth bass , pickerel! 5 min from downtown Belfast . Large spacious kitchen ,dining living room. Bedrooms have ac. Your hosts Patrick & Martha just completed renovations early 2021. We opened up the 1st floor to accommodate a new kitchen and sliding glass doors to the new patio area & views of the field & pond below . We also have the house next door @ 120 Swan Lake Ave that’s also available.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.
