"Rimanere ospitato alcuni giorni (e notti) nel Bristol Umarisal è stata un'esperienza interessante. Camera abbastanza spaziosa, doccia molto buona, e il più importante: letto confortevole, con due diverse opzioni di travestimento (prezzo molto più morbido!). Check-in e check-out rapidi, accoglienza professionale e piacevole, oltre a un buon e vario "Colazione" ci hanno convinto che in vicinanze a Belgio questo hotel sarà il nostro indirizzo preferito."

"La posizione è ottima, facile accesso, molto pratico per spostarsi. La stanza ha una dimensione molto buona è la più grande che ho visto, ben organizzata e pulita, e il letto è estremamente confortevole. Il condizionamento d'aria funziona perfettamente, gelata veloce. Mi è piaciuto il tb del caffè. L'hotel è molto nuovo. Congratulazioni a tutto il team, tutti sono stati molto educati, attenti e veramente ospiti. Raccomando troppo e certamente tornerò!"

"Hotel Sagres has been my worst hotel experience ever. I went to the hotel for three nights with my family, on our first day the hotel toilet was stuck, after which we had to pack all our belongings and relocate to another room. On the second day we decided to eat at the restaurant, after which we were noticed that the restaurant was not functioning eventough this was promoted at their website and not communicated with us in advance. Despite this we could order room service, but after eating the poorly served and overcooked food my entire family got food poisining symptoms. That same night our air conditioning broke down, which gave us an horrible night with a hotel room that was overheated. The next morning we informed and complained at the reception, and the only thing we got was a we are sorry for the inconvenience and got offered once again another room. During the entire stay, we had poor to no WiFi connection in our hotel rooms. What adds to this horrible experience, is the fact that 99%. Of the staff could not speak English, and was very unkind and unhelpful. Non of the staff, did anything with our complaints and refused to compensate us for all the inconvenience."

"1) Old facilities requiring renovation/improvement. 2) Room with a musty smell and the toilet shower in the bathroom was broken. 3) Room with poor sound insulation. 4) Poor cost/benefit ratio I would have gotten a better deal if I had chosen the Radisson Hotel Maiorana Belém. In addition to being cheaper, the facilities are much better"
