Hotel in zona Centro de Ciências e Planetário do Pará, Belem

Grande personale. Stavo un po' più a lungo per essere la palestra per lavorare per un danno in Amazon. Totalmente utile. Prima colazione. Grandi viste.

É um hotel que precisa melhorar bastante. Achei que o quarto que fiquei estava bem organizado, os funcionários são educados. O que me incomodou no hotel foi o fato do serviço de quarto não ser muito atuante, pois quando eu precisei dele não tive. O café da manhã tem suco artificial e os sucos naturais não estão em um lugar em evidência e não são repostos o tempo inteiro, induzindo muitos hóspedes a tomar o suco artificial. O ar-condicionado ficou pingando o tempo inteiro para dentro do quarto, não havia time de manutenção do ar-condicionado disponível no hotel na hora da detecção do vazamento e sequer nos mudaram de quarto depois do comunicado do vazamento, tentaram contornar a situação nos dando toalhas de chão para colocar onde havia o vazamento. O restaurante do hotel só funciona para café da manhã, mas não funciona para outras refeições. As toalhas de banho são muito finas e aparentemente velhas, porém estavam limpas. Tinha uma parede que estava toda remendada e mal pintada. TV muito pequena e os canais dela são todos canais abertos, sendo que alguns não pegam direito o sinal da TV digital. Melhorem nesses pontos, por favor. Senão, muitas pessoas não voltarão a se hospedar no hotel.

Overall, we got a very cheap deal for 8 nights and for the price we paid, it was ok. However, there is still a lot they can improve on. We know Belem is not the most internationally oriented city. However, when booking a Mercure, you would expect the guest-facing team to speak English. Throughout the stay we met 3 receptionists with 75% English. The other team members 0, which made communication quite hard. We booked a Superior Room, as from reading other reviews, we could figure out these were quite recently renovated. Being a global company and French brand, you would expect a renovated room to have universal power sockets. Unfortunately, they did not. It was our first time in Brazil and we are from Europe. Our phone chargers fit in the power socket just fine, but the laptop charger did not. We never knew there was a difference. Strangely enough, the hotel only had adaptors from Brazil to Europe, not the other way around. Already quite annoyed, we decided to purchase one ourselves outside. Unfortunately, that also turned out to be an impossible task. Could not find it anywhere. Next day told reception we would look for it ourselves as well, but if they could please ask their purchaser to find an adaptor. We still did not find it ourselves, the hotel did not even bother to look. So, on the third day I got quite upset, as I was not able to work on my laptop. I asked the receptionist if I could speak to the manager. One lady came, we never were told her name or job title, but then the receptionist had to translate as even the manager did not speak English. We gave her the actual charger to keep with her so they could find a suitable adaptor. When returning in the evening there was an adaptor in the room with a handwritten note stating they found us the adaptor we need. NOT, it was the same one from Brazil to Europe. We actually gave the charger, and still we got an adaptor which does not fit. Of course, immediately we went down again. Then one guy from the Maintenance team looked at it and said he would sort something out. He came very happy to the room after 15 minutes. He actually melted the holes in the adaptor to make them bigger so our charger would fit. Melted!! Huge fire hazard, but ok it worked. Breakfast was in a meeting room due to renovation of the restaurant. That can happen, but there was absolutely no atmosphere created in the meeting room. At least play some background music! Although the variety of food at breakfast was not great, the quality of the items was good! Problem though is that there is no system for refilling empty items on the buffet. Especially scrambled eggs were often unavailable, as they would wait for it to be empty, then inform the kitchen to make more. There was also no registration at breakfast, so they would never know how many more people were still supposed to come for breakfast. Each day there were 2 different fresh juices, from fruits only known to Brazilians we guess. We did not like any of them. Can

The hotel is located in a safe part of town with lots of places to eat nearby. Quick and easy taxi ride to other touristic areas. The room itself was spacious and maintained fine. I did, however, occasionally notice a strange sewage smell in the hallway similar to that mentioned in other reviews. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special. My main hesitation involves customer service. The front-desk is simply not friendly, will not go out of their way to be helpful, and are insufficiently trained to welcome non-Brazilians.

Stanza calda, condizionatore in camera non funzionante. Ho chiesto il motivo e ho detto che la stanza era rinfrescata dal sistema di aria condizionata centralizzato dell'hotel e dovrebbe essere regolata dalla scatola di controllo sulla parete. L'ho fatto, ma senza successo. Ho vissuto in una stanza calda per tutto il mio soggiorno. Inoltre, c'è un catalogo che mostra che la TV ha una serie di canali che non esistono, cioè non ci sono canali via cavo, solo canali TV aperti. Internet pessimo, non riesco ad accedervi. La colazione è semplice e ci sono pochissime cose sul tavolo. Tuttavia, il personale dell'hotel mi tratta molto bene ed è sempre gentile.

Cliente não é importante para esse Hotel. Fiquei hospedado de 06 a 13/10 no Hotel Grão Pará. As dificuldades começaram na reserva . A comunicação com Hotel na pessoa de Jessica sempre era difícil; e-mails não eram respondidos e por telefone ela nunca estava e diziam que a reserva só poderia ser resolvido por ela .Chegaram ao cúmulo de dizer que a funcionária estava em tratamento médico e voltaria em 15 dias . É mole ? Depois de muita insistência, pedi a um amigo residente em Belém, para comparecer ao Hotel com meus comprovantes de pagamentos da reserva , e ainda assim ele teve dificuldades com os funcionários. Aliás muito mal treinados . O Hotel não faz questão de agradar . Após o café da manhã não serve mais nada aos clientes, nem um lanche ou sanduba a noite ; os quartos pouco confortáveis e com manutenção precária. Não recomendo esse hotel .

Si tratta di un hotel molto ben situato, sempre pulito e i professionisti che lavorano sul posto sempre offrono un ottimo servizio.

very clean hotel and rooms. no shampoo in the rooms. only soap. the location is very close to the doca and market.a bit unsafe at nights when all closed. overall all good..

Hotel molto buono, posizione perfetta, camera grande e ben organizzata. Ho soggiornato per due giorni, sono stata ospitata per un corso. Quando arrivai all'hotel, potevo sempre studiare un po' di più, perché la tavola e la sedia che la camera possiede sono eccellenti. Mi piace anche il minibar che la camera possiede. Un punto di attenzione è stato l'apparecchio di aria condizionata che sembrava vecchio, perché faceva molto rumore.

Hotel belíssimo encravado em uma construção secular, quartos amplos, atendimento personalizado com as características regionais e particularidades de sua cultura. Gostamos muito de todos os aspectos, fomos já 2 vezes, a última para um casamento. Tem uma capela linda. Tem também um restaurante com café da manhã especial, com variedades regionais da culinária paraense. A localização? Belém é uma cidade relativamente pequena sob o ponto de vista de pontos turísticos e os aplicativos te levam rapidamente a qualquer ponto da cidade num raio de 3 km. Andei 7km e fui dai a Basilica e ao centro retornando ao hotel.
