Impressive hotel, from the moment of arrival you can feel that guest satisfaction is top priority at this hotel. Dedicated front office team, goes extra mile and makes sure your experience at the hotel is enhanced. What was noticeable the most is the management’s commitment to providing personalized and exceptional service. The hotel staff was genuinely motivated to provide seamless service. The front desk staff under the guidance of Elif, Kanat and Nadejda was consistently friendly and approachable. Anticipating possible needs and willingness to assist makes one feel truly valued. Nowadays a hotel stay isn't just about accommodation — it's the positive vibes, the thoughtful gestures, and the small touches that make an experience memorable. I'd especially like to thank Mustafa and Cemil for their small but remarkable farewell gesture (please refer to the photo) that left a lasting impression. The hotel doesn’t offer comfortable stay only but demonstrates the highest level professionalism that makes it stand out. Highly recommended!!!

Where do I start?! From the minute we entered the grounds at 330am we knew we'd made the right choice of hotel. Plush looking gardens all nicely lit. On exiting our coach we were treated by the bell boys who were smiling and happy to help with our luggage. We were directed to the reception desk and once again served with a smile. We checked in and the receptionist said if we'd like something to eat we can get room service free of charge between 11pm & 7am whenever we liked. Once the door opened to our room it was lovely 2 separate rooms one for us and one for our girls. Lovely bathroom and fully stocked mini bar (again filled for free everyday) food arrived and to say it was delicious would be an understatement it was lovely. Woke up and looked and the giant beaming yellow thing in the sky birds chirping and we had a look round this resort is stunning, nicely spaced out, lush green grass and tall trees. The pools are well kept and perfect when you have 33 degree heat on you. The pier and pier bar are brilliant also. The food is impeccable, the drinks are excellent, the patisserie is delicious. The staff are absolutely fantastic, always smiling saying hello and asking if everything's okay. Ignore any bad reviews, this place is paradise. Well 100% be coming back Thank you for having us GVR.
