Ailemizle 2.tatil deneyimimiz çok memnun kaldık tam bir aile oteli özellikle çocuklarımız mini clubu çok sevdiler özellikle mini club şefi Berna hanım ve öznur hanımın ilgilerinden samimiyetlerinden ve profosyenelliklerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz çocuklarımız çok mutlu ayrıldılar mutlaka tekrar tercih edeceğiz

Paloma Grida da Touristica tur şirketi çalışanı Barış beyin tavsiyesi ile satın aldığımızda böyle harika bir tatil geçireceğimizi asla tahmin etmedik . Otelin tüm çalışanları inanılmaz derecede tatlı ve en ufak isteğinizi bile anında hallediyorlar. Biz oğlumuzun isteği üzerine aquapark I olduğu icin tercih ettik oğlumuz çok eğlendi kaydırakların ufak bir yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var ama bu asla tatili bozacak bir detay değil . Gerek açık büfesi gerek ise A la Carte restaurantları çok başarılı özellikle Safran da Sebahattin bey ve diğer çalışanların ilgisi gerçekten mükemmel idi . Pastane,Snack Bar ve birçok bar seçeceğim mevcut .Çocuk kulübünde harika aktiviteler vardı oğlumuz çekingen olmasına rağmen çok eğlenceli zamanlar geçirdi bu vesile ile adlarını tek yek sayamadığım kulüp çalışanlarına ayrıca teşekkürler . Otelde en çok hissettiğiniz şey samimiyet ve bu mutlu çalışanların bir göstergesi otel kurucularını ve yönetim kadrosunu tebrik ediyorum mutlu çalışan = mutlu misafir ilkesini çok iyi kavramışlar Bundan sonra diğer Palomaları de keşfetmek dileği ile mutlaka tavsiyemizdir

Not a 5star hotel - book your holiday elsewhere! Sadly there are so many negatives. We tried to make the best of our holiday but I wish I’d booked another one of the many luxury hotels in Belek. We have been visiting Belek/Side area past 10 years,so I can failrly compare (Barut Hemera, all 3 Pappilons,TUI Magic life,etc.) It’s 3 star basic NOT 5 star luxury. Room Very old and very very very tired. Yes people say that you don’t spend a lot of time in them, but sadly we did (youngest one got highfever + still I didn’t expect Travel lodge basic standard when paying such high prices). Damaged and old furniture. Filthy floor, our feet were literally black after a few minutes barefoot walking. SHADY SMELLY MOULDY ROOMS. Swear to God I still can smell that sofa. Balcony door doesn’t close properly due to the warped wood and there is no way to sit on it. Not even mentioning the view (see photos). Bathroom was old and basicly disgusting. No bathmats in bathroom. No bathrobes or slippers. Aircon dreadful. Room keys continually stop working. Lumpy pillows. Poor cleaning. Definitely a lack of thorough clean before client changeover. Be aware of rooms near the entrance - not noisy, but smelly (sewage). Pros: Grounds are lovely, but quite poorly maintained paths (holes are challenging with a pram). In general -to have a pram in this hotel was a nightmare (a lots of stairs, elevator busy/not working, we had to walk around the whole complex to be able to reach the beach from our room. Kids friendly- but need to fix some slides and equipments. Bar alley was nice. Spa was well worth the price. Coffee was best in the beach bar, very friendly staff there too. General: DESPERATE NEED FOR REFURB!

Went to Paloma Grida for 10 nights in August and was very pleasantly surprised. The grounds of the hotel were kept very clean, and rooms cleaned well daily. Pools and slides were amazing! Sunbeds did go quite quickly, but we did manage to get one still if we were down by 8am. The buffet food was very nice. Great choice of salads, and fresh meat/fish cooked in front of you. Was a bit hard to get a table sometimes, but managed to get one eventually. If you tipped the lovely waiters or waitresses then they brought you your drink straight away when you sat down. We liked to have some small notes available to tip, as they were so attentive and we felt like they deserved it. All the staff we met were very nice and friendly and nice to the kids. Free ice lollies all day too on the all inclusive. Lastly the kids club was AMAZING!! lovely and cold air conditioning, great activities and space. And the girls were just lovely there!! Particularly Tulay, Damla, Melike, Birkaan, irem, Busra and Batuhan. Felt very safe leaving the kids there and they just call or message you on WhatsApp if your kids need you. Ours were desperate to go every single day for a few hours. The kids mini disco was great too. It was so hot when we went I’d recommend full covered swimming protection for the kids. Also make sure you book the a la carte restaurants early, the day you arrive as they get fully booked. We had two amazing meals. One on a jetty over the sea which was gorgeous. Great place and would return. Kids club was my highlight! Night entertainment was great too. Saw an amazing Michael Jackson tribute, and magicians etc. very memorable.

The hotel was a disappointment for me and my partner. Compared to another 5* hotel during our vacation last year. There was no chair in the room. Tea and coffee were prepared on the first day, but there was no glass so that we could drink it. The next day we made up for it from the restaurant. I missed a shoe scoop. There is no free plug, you had to unplug the lamp to charge the phone. The room needs renovation. The bed mattress is spread out. The sunbed had to be hunted for after 10 o'clock, because many guests already spread their towels in the morning, thereby reserving the sunbed. There was a large crowd, and you also had to look for a free table at meals. Food: cold cuts were missing. There were two types of soup, which we didn't really like. They were all a bit sour. We had a hard time finding suitable food, even though we are not gourmets. The pool was beautiful, the water and its surroundings were clean, they took care of cleanliness. They constantly picked up the broken glasses, and cleaned the pools in the evening. The staff are nice and always smiling and helpful. The cocktails were also delicious. Nevertheless, we tried to have a good time. The day before departure, I asked the reception to help me pick up my luggage. Although I waited for help at the appointed time, no one came. I was forced to carry our bags myself, because the transfer was already waiting for us.

It has been an excellent choice to stay for a whole week at Paloma Grida, we loved it, we will surely come back again, the attractions, the pools, the impeccable beach, the restaurants, the valuable staff they have. I lack the words to thank you for so much service and availability. I will get in my heart and my son also the angels they have in the children's area: he especially highlighted Damla, Batuhan (seeing him every night dancing and always smiling in mini disco) and the sweetness of Irem: Irem is a very special girl has tact to understand the children and we adore her. Even Irem and Batuhan speak Spanish very well and it was wonderful to be able to hear my language also in them. So many people attentive to our needs in order to have an unforgettable vacation some names of the restaurant staff were: Muhammet, Serdar and reception Yasin, Serkan and I remember Ebru...but there were many others very helpful and attentive... congratulations

This hotel is amazing. Has everything you would want and expect. The facilities are great for kids and families and the beach is beautiful. The food options had lots of variety and buffet was always changing its options. They had theme nights and plenty of entertainment for childen. They converted the football pitch into an outdoor festival complete with a stage! there are little cakes shops and everything is included. The rooms are comfy clean and I can’t rate this hotel highly enough. I will definitely try and return

very good atmosphere inside the hotel, very friendly staff and clean hotel, the food each night was lovely, steak house 10/10 but unfortunately let down by the lotus restaurant due to the food not being the nicest and lack of communication, if your looking for a quite get away this is the place to be :) there is also lots of trips available for all the family , there is also plenty of food options and entertainment in the evening they also have cats roaming around which are very friendly and approachable the hotel acts as a cat sanctuary and give the cats an amazing life and home as you can see from the photos they are no bother and just come and rest beside you this has been my 6th time at paloma and would come back every-time i travel to turkey ❤️i have included a few photos i took from my most recent visit

We booked a Promo Room DZS Balcony Garden view via LuxairTours for 1 week All Inclusive for EUR EUR 3.140 (2 persons). We received our keys for a room at the first floor at 2 PM, airco & hifi was working perfectly, curtains were closed, and we started to unpack and put our stuff in closets. Afterwards, we visited our daughter who had booked a villa for 3 persons with access to a nice big separate swimming pool, and explored the beautiful resort and nice beach. After our dinner we went back to our room, we opened the curtains and we noticed that we had no balcony, no garden view, but a view on the Spa’s roof and loud,noisy airco systems. We were too tired to complain that evening and we went to bed early. Suddenly, after 9 PM our ears were tortured by Live Music coming from a PA system that was built up on a podium on the ground floor in the opposite of our front door! After a bad night, we complained and they offered us only 2 options: a) the room next door with balcony, no garden view, and still the loud evening noise of the Music PA system. b) a room at the same floor, 25 meters away, with a small balcony for 1 chair and still no nice garden view. We took option b, but the booming PA sound in the evening was still annoying. However, there are also good things to say: main restaurant offered good meals in buffet form, plenty of choice, various bars with good quality drinks, a special coffee bar, very nice swimming pools, a paradise for kids, good entertainment team, friendly staff, nice priced hairdresser, nice little shops. Concerning the beach, it was steeply sloping and pebbles were sharp.
