Friendly staff, luxurious hotel, fabulous golf facilities. Nothing too much trouble. Food choice amazing, particularly impressed with the Turkish restaurant. Made use of the spa and hamman. Massage was good.

Gecmiste Kasım 2021 ile Haziran 2022'de konakladigimiz ve son derece memnun kaldigimiz Gloria Serenity'ye Ekim 2023'te tekrar geldik. Otelde yapilan dekorasyon yenilemesi ile odalarin ve banyonun son derece genişleyerek daha ferah hale geldiğini gördük. Bizce bölgedeki isim yapmiş bir cok otelden daha kaliteli ve lezzetli olan mutfağının da kendini geliştirme çabasini sürdürdügünü memnuniyetle gördük. Bununla birlikte, 24.10.2023 tarihinde kumsaldan otele yürürken bir güvenlik gorevlisi ile bir garsonun kaba ve nezaket dışı bir tavırla İngilizce olarak "Bu otelde mi konakladiğimizi" sormalari ve Türkçe cevap vermemiz akabinde asayiş kontrolu gibi oda anahtari göstermemizi talep etmeleri bizi son derece üzdü ve sinirlendirdi. Her ne kadar otele kaçak giriş olduğu açıklamasında bulunsalar da, Belek ve Kemer bölgesinde çok sayida otelde konaklamış bir aile olarak ilk defa karşılaştiğimiz bu davranış sekline son derece üzülsek bile otelin olumlu yanlarini ve diğer personelin nazik tavrini düşünerek bu durumu işini layığıyla yapamayan 2-3 kişinin hatası olarak kabullendik. Kesinlikle tekrar gelecegimiz ve memnun kaldığımız bir tesis. Ayrica misafirperverligi ve anlayışları icin Spa bölümünden Marina hanim ile Housekeepingden Türkan ve Kezban hanima ayrica teşekkur ederiz

I chose for my vacation, Gloria Serenity Hotel in Belek, Turkey It was an exquisite experience with positive energy and totally worth it, relaxation, great dining, amazing scenery and everything just great.

Amazing resort which is very well equipped. Lots of facilities and the pier is amazing. Me and my siblings love the massive circular pool! The massive waterpark is also an amazing addition for the fun activities! Thanks to Damir and Galyna!

Having a wonderful stay here the hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard. We were late back today and wanted to eat in the Italian restaurant as the cut off to book had passed Alyona made umpteen phone calls to get us in-for 7.30 The golf courses are In fantastic condition The food and service has been first class

This was our 4th golfing holiday to Gloria Serenity and Golf Club. Wow it just gets better every year! The hotel is perfect; the restaurants, the bars, the beach restaurant and all of the staff who serve you. We have stayed in the ground floor garden rooms that overlook the pool and its bar which was a great place to chill after a hard day’s golf and the Old and New Courses. Both courses are in great condition and a fair test of golf if you can keep the ball in play. The clubs terrace is a great place to relax after with a cold drink or two with good food. Staff are friendly and happy to help with a smile. Great experience and we are in process in rebooking for May 2025.

So the excellent points are the food and drink which you would honestly find hard to beat. The staff are friendly, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are exceptional! The down sides are that the hotel is NOT all inclusive as stated. You have to pay for certain restaurants which I think is a mistake because they were quite empty. Also the prices in the shops onsite are ridiculous, sun cream is over £120!! As there is nowhere local to walk to you need to be prepared with everything. Shame there is no teen club and the entertainment isn’t great either just dancing to different music every night. Having said that the good outweighs the bad and the four stars are for the accommodation, the excellent food and the staff

This was our 6th visit to this hotel and every time it just gets better and better. Everything was just fantastic - really couldn’t wish for more. Superb food, excellent golf courses, fabulous rooms and facilities- wonderful staff - Thank you.

The bar in lobby is very well stocked with all the premium spirits. O am & Görkam I are top barmen, extremely skilful in their art & shake great cocktails. Sabrina is one of the prettiest & the most empathic of the guest relation officials. Sabrina has always been very helpful to us during our stay. Thank you .
