Papillon Ayscha Resort & Spa

Wow, this place is wonderful. We stayed here mid September 2024 (3 friends). We had one of the select villas, top floor one, and would massively recommend a villa to anyone. It was clean, very spacious, great air con, fridge was stocked daily will branded drinks such as Fanta orange, coke, sprite and snacks. The villa was also cleaned daily. I slept on one of the sofa beds, it doesn’t pull out but didn’t have any issues for the week I slept on it. We didn’t even have to move to get a drink whisky sunbathing, you can the QR code on the sun umbrella, pick your drinks and they are with you within 5 mins. No English TV channels unfortunately. But we loved the villa and so glad we paid the extra to stay in one. The food was immense, so much to choose from and we kept finding various different places to eat during the week. We mainly ate in the outdoors part at the back of the main restaurant in the evenings, lots of choice from Chinese, Indian, bbq, fish, we were very happy with the choices available. Drinks were fast and good quality. I’m not much of a pudding person but there was so much choice. Service was quick and friendly. We had the Mexican as the al a cart choice, it was lovely but way too many courses and there was so much wasted food, we felt really bad. In the day, we ate mainly at the restaurant right by the sea front, food was so good, try the jacket Potatoes, they do nicest jackets. The evening entertainment was the best I have ever seen in a resort, they really do put on the best shows, we really enjoyed each night, if you can, defo make sure you make it to the beach party. We also sat at the beach bar once the evening entertainment finishes, it’s so chilled out. Beach was lovely, the sea was pretty rough, I didn’t swim in it but loved the pier and we had one of the beach pods for one day. We had a private taxi as part of our package with on the beach, from Antalya airport to the hotel took about 20 mins. Word of warning, I was bitten badly by mosquitos, 3 large nasty bites on my ankles, make sure you take mossie protection. Weather - we stayed from the 16th September for a week and we had one cloudy afternoon but it was still very hot, 32-34 most days. Staff are friendly and helpful. Don’t really need to go off the resort as there was so much to do but we did go the the market on the Saturday morning, it was only 5 mins in a taxi, 10 euros each was, and was fab experience, defo go early as it gets very just, we got there just as it opened and so glad we did as it’s gets v hot and crammed. Overall, one of the best holiday resorts we have been too, we loved every minute, we would definitely return.

Together with our 12- and 8-year-old children, we spent a week of New Year’s holidays here. We are extremely pleased with the service, the hygiene standards of the establishment, and the quality of the food and drinks. On New Year’s Eve, there was a wide range of entertainment for both children and adults: a gala concert, live music at the Martini Bar, a disco in the nightclub, and a New Year’s celebration with Santa and clowns for kids. The hotel is not too small and very well-designed, making it easy and quick to get from one location to another. Our children could easily navigate on their own to the kids' club, restaurant, beach, and back to our room, which was very convenient for us. The kids' club always had engaging activities, and in the evenings, there was a fun mini disco. The staff at the kids' club were very friendly and attentive to the children. Special thanks to Yulia from Ukraine! She clearly loves her job. Our entire family enjoyed the indoor pool. It was clean, warm, and never overcrowded. The staff were polite, and each day, there was an aqua aerobics class featuring new exercises and equipment, ensuring it never got boring. I also treated myself to a massage by a Balinese therapist at the spa, which was a truly wonderful experience. The body scrub and relaxing massage were delightful, and the prices were quite reasonable. The hammam at the spa was clean and not crowded, and it was possible to use it as a family. The hotel boasts a fantastic, modern gym and a very rich sports program. I attended yoga and full-body workouts, but my husband and I particularly enjoyed the morning stretching sessions with Daniel, the trainer. He was professional and attentive to clients' needs. The main restaurant was spacious and bright, with plenty of waitstaff, fast service, and no queues. The food was diverse and delicious, always offering fresh fish, vegetables, and a variety of healthy and diet-friendly dishes. The selection of drinks was excellent. The dinner on December 31, 2024, was simply outstanding. The pastry chefs created true masterpieces—it was almost a shame to eat those beautifully crafted desserts! We also recommend the à la carte restaurant, Safran, which offers dishes inspired by various regions of Turkey. The interior, tableware, service, presentation, and taste of the food were all top-notch. Our children particularly loved the outdoor heated pool with slides. Luckily, we had sunny weather, and the kids spent over an hour swimming and sliding in the fresh air. Meanwhile, we enjoyed warming up in the beach café, sipping delicious coffee and cocktails. A special thanks to DJ Soner for the music at the Red Party. It was one of the few events without russian music, and we deeply appreciated that. The Red Party stood out as the best of all the musical events—the décor, the show, the fireworks, and the mulled wine were all superb. Nice place, lovely personall, special pool bar and MUSTAFA, he is the best. The food was very good and tasty, very good and interesting evening show. It Should be better cleaning in rooms, a lot places in room looks like cleande long time ago.

Just returned from 8 nights, we absolutely loved this hotel and would visit again. Pros- Food is amazing, lots of choice and we especially liked all the cooking stations outside in the morning and evening. I am a vegetarian and had read that there wasn’t many options but I ate something different everyday. The food is very European so if you are looking for a western diet then this probably isn’t the hotel for you. ( They do have food that the children will eat) The staff in the Ala Carte restaurants are absolutely amazing. Met lots of people from different countries and everyone was so friendly. There were lots of English families too and all the children from different countries played together in the pool and shared each others toys. The hotel is constantly being cleaned. Oktoberfest was on whilst we were there, there was festival set up for everyone to enjoy. My daughter absolutely loved the kids disco every night, it had songs in all different languages. The shows in the evening are great and there is a DJ down by the beach. The beach is great, I especially liked laying on the pontoon in the sea. The manager asked to meet with us at the end of our staff so we could give him feedback of the hotel, we really liked that personal touch. Cons- The rooms are a bit tired but we did stay at the end of the season and when we mentioned this to manager he said they are shutting for a couple of weeks over winter to upgrade the rooms. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and weren’t given much information about the hotel from reception, we found out about most things from other guests. I don’t like to see the amount food that is wasted by some guests filling their table of food and not eating it. The pictures of the children’s pool shows it with 2 slides but these slides aren’t actually in the pool anymore, when we asked about it we were told they were broken and are going to be replaced next year.

One of the best vacations we ever had, if not the best one. The beds are a bit too soft for my taste, but everything else was top notch. Very kid orientated, with very nice playground. Staff is super nice where ever you go. Special shoutout for the animation team as they did tremendous job every day!!!

I stayed at the Papillon Ayshcha Hotel with my wife and daughter for one week May-June 2024. I have only positive things to say about the hotel, staff, food, and amenities. On a scale of 1-5, it's at least a 10! HOTEL FACILITIES The hotel is very conveniently located right next to a beautiful beach with clean, modern facilities with something for everyone from kids waterslides to beautiful lounge areas to spacious spots to relax or socialise. They also have very comfortable outdoor beach bar areas with convenient, clean bathrooms everywhere. The gym is very nice along with the indoor spa area, hamam, outdoor pools, and green areas. STAFF Absolutely outstanding. The front desk staff, waiters/waitresses, bartenders, and cleaners were all extremely welcoming, helpful, and kind. We felt they went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of and comfortable. The lifeguards were extremely attentive, ensuring all guests were not only having fun but doing it safely. FOOD A wide variety of options at every single meal with no shortage of options from traditional Turkish cuisine to Asian, Indian, and Western dishes too. Additionally, beyond the main restaurant, they have other on-site restaurants, snack bars, and even a fresh Turkish gözleme station near the beach. AMENITIES Every night, they had kids entertainment along with surprisingly impressive performances (circus arts, singers, dancers, etc). The kids club is the best we've seen anywhere with easily accessible facilities with both indoor and outdoor space. The animation crew was also extremely kind, thoughtful, and engaged with the children. There was also a martini bar that was a nice escape if you wanted to have some quiet time. GUESTS The guests and families at this hotel were extremely polite and respectful overall. There wasn't the raucous crowd you sometimes find at these all-inclusive resorts. We felt everyone was extremely polite and patient in any lines (most of which weren't very long). In summary, we absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to go back. I'd highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a 5-star experience without having to deal with pretentious staff or guests. They strike just the right balance between luxury and comfort. Can't recommend it highly enough.
