The hotel is old, rooms, toilets in the public areas especially. If you come to the pool bar you can wait forever for the service - no one will attend, they will turn around from you while walking past you. I don’t know why is it called “high class all inclusive “… as there were no fresh juice, Red Bull casted 3 eur, they did virgin mojito cocktail with mint leaves already brown color. Animation is average during the day, better in the evening. Not enough Sun beds - you need to hunt for it. Towels close at 6 pm when a lot of kids are still in the pool and need a towel; and no lifeguard. Territory with the swimming pool is beautiful.

Hotel is nice. Some of waiters behaviour is not good. However there was good staffs. Thank you for your great service Unal Koc (Head of waiter) and Ayse hanim (from the housekeeping).

Lovely hotel Xanadu resort , i was really spend good time here so quality and nice hotel and hotel decoration is very nice i like so much. Everything so good food room all nice . I’ve been în Antalya 5 times,this is by far the best resort i’ve been to. Airy, uncrowded hotel, enough places for all guests everywhere (pool, beach, terraces, restaurants) I had a room with a sea view in the main building: the room is small, but charming with carpet on the floor, dressing room, a matrimonial bed (2x2m), bathroom with bathtub (small bathroom), the bathroom does not lack theshower articles, body lotions, bathrobes. The cleanliness in the room is quite poor, at a basic level (garbage taken out, towels changed, vacuumed). The maids are inattentive, sometimes I had to go and draw their attention because they "jumped" my room and i need clean towels or soap. The restaurant: this is the hotel with the fewest dishes and I mean that in a positive way, unlike the resorts I've been to so far and they had dishes as far as the eye could see but most of them bland, here there weren't that many BUT by far the tastiest dishes, food specific to a High-Class hotel: delicious grills, fish, seafood, various types of dishes with a special taste, fabulous desserts, cakes, fruits... it was a real culinary treat. In the restaurant there is also a special buffet area for children, the lines of food being placed quite low, so that the little ones can serve themselves, and food specific to the little children (purées, soups, cereals, fruits, cheeses, even jars of pureed baby food and formula) In the restaurant countless dining places, various elegant booths, even an area specially dedicated to children with small tables and chairs attached to the adults' tables. Apart from the main restaurant, various snacks (pizza, doner, salads, donuts) can be served at the terrace by the pool and by the beach. There are also a la carte restaurants that can be reserved. The drinks from the most popular, imported, any cocktails you dreamed of, the bartender prepared for you, juices, lemonades, bit low-quality coffee (not real espresso).Swimming pool: fabulous, located in front of the hotel, enough for all guests staying Fancy land: the children's playgrounds are a real dreamland: swimming pools for all age categories, covered for the little ones, carousel, train, countless activities (face painting, mini disco, different shows every night) Shows for everyone every night (concerts, acrobatic shows, adult only parties) The spa center is absolutely fabulous, the prices are a little higher than in other hotels, but the quality of the services speaks for itself. The outdoor spaces are extremely well cared for, flowers, lawn, trees... nothing is left to be desired The beach: stretches over 400 meters. The beach is sandy until the entrance to the sea where it is pebbled, the entrance to the sea is quite steep The pontoon is gorgeous with a bar and sunbeds. The staff is professional and respectful. From the first to the last person I meet here, I have nothing but words of praise. There is a solution for any requirement, everyone is polite and attentive (I didn't meet greed

Recently returned from an enjoyable family holiday, here are my pros and cons Pros:- Staff~ The resort is well staffed in all areas No waiting for drinks, served immediately in restaurants and bars, plates cleared quickly, All staff are smiling, friendly and accommodating and are always happy to help, special mention must go to Firat , the lovely young man on roller blades who served us regular drinks round the pool every day, he was polite, friendly and smiley and an absolute credit to the hotel, good luck Firat with your future plans ! Rooms~ We stayed in a two bedroom bungalow housed in the grounds, very dated,but clean and comfortable, air conditioning was on when we arrived and was able to stay on for our whole stay , so the room was always cool to return to . Grounds~ Large attractive grounds, beautiful trees, bushes and flowers, kept clean and tidy, nice beach area, although part of beach kept free for the turtles nesting and must not be disturbed. Nice reception area, restaurant and main building. Water slides limited for the older boy but enjoyed them all the same. Occasionally pool games, foam party ( for Turkish day I believe) and obstacle games Nice pools Cons:- Hotel shop, absolute rip off, disgraceful, please avoid if possible. No prices on anything, when you get to the till the price is probably made up to suit . Tried buying a set of hot wheel cars , wanted to charge £70 !! Same cars on Amazon for £19 , promptly put back ! So they are not doing themselves any favours Check out :- Had to do the usual and ask on the morning of leaving if we could keep the room as we weren’t leaving til 8.30pm, of course they said no , however on asking if there was anywhere to shower or change they pointed randomly down a corridor. On looking it was the changing area for the indoor pool with one small shower, a bench and lockers. When returning to use it a mother and her baby with her belongings was using it and there was no space, so ended up changing in a toilet with no shower. Luggage storage:- Non existent.. all suitcases just left in reception by the entrance, no monitoring. We were sat on the floor opening suitcases to get out our belongings to change into etc, whilst people walking by, no one challenged to check if they were ours . Not a 5* hotel in my opinion, just a good 4*

I have been visiting Xanadu Belek since 2017 and it has become my home away from home. Despite changes in management over the years, this place never disappoints. The service here is consistently excellent, with kind and attentive staff who go out of their way to make your stay memorable. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the food is simply outstanding—truly a feast for the senses. One of the highlights for me has always been the SPA. It’s one of the best I have ever experienced, offering a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation. The lush garden and serene pine woods surrounding the hotel feel like a slice of heaven on earth. This year, there were a couple of changes that I hope will be addressed. The new system no longer retains older records of frequent guests, which was a bit disappointing. I hope to resolve this issue during my stay. Additionally, the 24-hour rule discount for booking SPA treatments after check-in has been discontinued, which was a perk I really valued. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mrs. Anastasia for her exceptional service and Mrs Ayu and Deniz from the Spa. Despite these minor changes, Xanadu Belek remains a top destination for me, and I look forward to many more visits in the future.

The resort offers Yoga and Pilates classes and the teacher Olga is amazing - very professional and engaged. On a personal level, a very sweet woman. I was there with few members of my family and all of them enjoyed doing yoga or Pilates with her.

We had great stay at Xanadu. The service is exceptional. There is a lot of green area in the resort which makes hot temperatures bearable. Food was great, especially Turkish dishes and wonderful baclava! Animations and shows very amusing. I would recommend not only to families. I really appreciate all help from the hotel I received after I harmed my arm. The doctor is on site, guest relation team was very helpful and I even received flowers with kind note with recovery wishes. So thoughtful

Lovely hotel. Customer service was excellent. I love the reception bar area - the tea variety is amazing especially masala chai. I asked if I could buy this they said it’s 25 euros which felt like a joke (the bar area manager). We arrived at 10 am and were allowed to check in early and grab breakfast - which was great! Table cloths in the buffet area a sweet touch, staff always asked us what we would have to drink which I’ve never had a lot of so that was really nice. Lovely grill for the husband who eats meat. I would suggest more variety for vegetarians and some kids for the salads as sometimes there was flies. Amazing desserts. Beach area restaurant was good - lots of variety of food. Also enjoyed the ice creams - you can pick any from the freezer which I’ve never come across. The club across at the beach is a shame it’s not used lods at night. I loved the variety of things here! A very cute kids area too. Also at the edge of the sea is a connecting bar area and seats to enjoy - very nice touch!

Fantastic staff, outstanding service, great location, views of Mediterranean Sea and Mountains. Amazing spa available to all guests at no extra charge. Food and sweets and drinks all included. This is the kind of place you remember for the rest of your life and you want to go back there again every year, because it feels like home. Customer service/ Guest Support team is so attentive, especially the ladies - Diana and her team. Food and Beverage staff is outstanding especially Ali Duran and his room service and restaurant staff! This hotel represents best value for money you can get. The Beach and Cabanas are spectacular. They will bring you champagne, fruits, sweets, tea and lattes and frappes - they will mix any drink for you. To conclude - this is a fantastic place for a family vacation or personal getaway , it is the manageable size - to reflect a personal touch and yet it is large enough to provide all amenities you can wish for or expect at the highest class resort. Spend a little extra and upgrade yourself to a suite - you will not regret it. Text your menu selections to Guest Services and they will deliver and serve it to you in your room. Stay at Xanadu resort and experience true and amazing Turkish Hospitality!
