"We stayed at Atlantis Bejai for three nights. The hotel is conveniently located near the center of Bejai and close to the beaches. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The corridors, hallways, and reception area were also clean. The facilities, such as the swimming pool and restaurant, were adequate. The highlight of our stay was the private beach, which was about a 10-minute drive from the hotel. It was clean, well-organized, and the staff there were polite and attentive. However, the hotel staff seemed to need more guidance and training, as communication was not their strong point. On two occasions, our requests were not fulfilled. For example, we booked the sauna and hammam, which were cold, and only one set of towels was provided despite a promise to bring more later, which never happened. There was one standout staff member, Sofiane at the reception, who went above and beyond. My wife forgot her watch at the hotel, and we didn’t realize it until the next day. When we called the hotel, the watch was found, but there were issues with recovering it. Sofiane took full ownership of the problem, posted the watch to us at his own expense, and refused to accept any money for his trouble. I highly praise Sofiane for his professionalism and help. Thank you, Sofiane."

"Abbiamo prenotato per telefono e siamo arrivati sul posto dopo 7 ore di macchina. Ci è stato detto che la nostra camera era stata assegnata ad altri clienti. Ovviamente, era il principio del "chi prima arriva meglio alloggia". Il direttore era una persona molto sgradevole, per niente professionale, che ci ha detto "non posso fare nulla per convincervi a cercare altrove!". Alla fine ci ha trovato due camere invece di una suite, ma abbiamo dovuto pagare di più. Non ha voluto fare alcuno sforzo. Non lo consiglio affatto."

"*Comfortable room, well equipped. The bedding is good. A shower curtain would be appreciated. The water temperature is quite variable *The breakfast buffet is good, the pastries are very good. It might be missing a little more savory options. *The restaurant is also delicious for dinner. *The staff is very friendly and smiling, willing to help. *The hotel is a little out of the way but we like to walk. For non-walkers, taxis arrive quickly and are cheap. I totally recommend this place for a stopover in Bejaïa."
