Hotel in zona Rashed Al Houri - Mosque, Beirut

Smooth check in process. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Plus point will be the rooftop bar. Great view and decent happy hour from 5pm to 7pm! Great breakfast spread and good location. Housekeeping did a great job and I appreciate the front desk doing a daily call to check on you. Thumbs up!!!

Special thanks to Hadi for all his help and patience throughout our stay! He always had a smile on his face whenever I walked into reception, made me feel very welcome.. Great location. Hotel is walkng distance to all the hot spots. I will definitely be back.

Sono molto grato a tutti coloro che sono occupati a Ottel, soprattutto Atif e Mohammed e una caratteristica di respiratorie. La prima cosa che ho avuto è stata una situazione invidiabile dal mercato del taxi, Gaby dall'aeroporto a Ottel, e l'Ottel era una relazione paralizzata, il mercato era un top 100 dollari, la prima cosa che ho chiesto in respiratorio era molto nervosa e mi sentivo insicura, Ero un grande, la prima cosa che ho avuto con un compagno. In generale un hotel molto bello, ma il servizio di colazione non era in linea con le aspettative

Ottima posizione con diversi posti dove mangiare nelle vicinanze, facilmente raggiungibile in auto da altre località. L'hotel è ben fatto, la colazione era fantastica.

I want to thank you for the warm hospitality and welcoming, starting from checking until check out. Thank you everyone to the gentleman who did my check in for the security guys who took my luggage is and took care of me especially mohammad and rabea Check out was wonderful with sweet Jana I was told the hotel is old and location is not good. Actually it was very super the lounge in the 16th floor was amazing. The staff was very caring and welcoming. The room was huge.

I stayed here for a week on business and I had a good experience. However, the premises need to be refreshed. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the best customer service in Lebanon. Every single individual was genuinely nice and helpful and it is a shame that there were so many things in my room that affected my experience because the staff alone make this hotel a real gem. My room was dark and smelled of smoke. I had a huge balcony so I tried to keep the windows open. There were cigarette burn marks on my bedside table and parts of the bathroom were broken. I could not figure out the A/C as the instructions were for a different type of control that seemed to have been there before. The views from the high floors are very nice, though, and although I did not like to be in the room because it felt like a dusty cave, I enjoyed taking the elevator to the restaurant at the top floor. I wish the rooms had all that natural light and polished look of the elevator and restaurant. The food was wonderful but most importantly, the gentleman that runs the service for breakfast is an absolute superstar. He is constantly walking around refilling water glasses, offering more coffee and bringing omelettes to customers. It was a join to greet him every morning. The ladies at reception are equally fantastic, ready to give you recommendations about the city and happy to answer any questions. Both my check in and check out were smooth. This hotel is made great by the people who work here who are extremely helpful and kind. I think their hard work and amazing customer service deserve better facilities. The building itself is impressive. It just needs some love.

!!! Semplicemente fantastico e al top !!! Le persone dell'hotel sono tutte molto gentili e amichevoli. La pulizia è ottima. Il personale è molto disponibile e loquace e si ha la sensazione che gli ospiti siano i benvenuti. La colazione in stile arabo libanese era abbastanza buona? Quindi, se dovessi tornare a Beirut l'anno prossimo, mi piacerebbe tornare in questo hotel. Lg M.K

Nice hotel outside of the city with all the amenities you could want. Ended up being on the ground floor, which wasn't my favorite. Breakfast was better than average with made to order eggs and several local favorites. Hours were sometimes hard for early meetings. Staff was very friendly, bar prices were a little expensive. Had a great view of downtown area. Overall, a good experience and would consider staying there again.
