Hotel in zona Nayef Francis Design Studio, Beirut

Amorevole il nostro soggiorno, il servizio era straordinario e il personale era ridicolo amichevole. Sarà certamente tornato.

Ho sempre voluto visitare la famosa strada Hamra e questo hotel è nel cuore della zona Hamra. Voglio ringraziare il personale per essere sempre lì quando ho avuto qualche problema con la stanza. Simpatico e utile, dal portatore al personale di pulizia e ricezione. I letti sono comodi e le viste dalle finestre sono molto belle e vibranti. Per il prezzo, questo è un ottimo luogo. Nessun problema di elettricità o AC 24/7. TV e mini cucina così conveniente.Bagno ha solo bisogno di un upgrade e questo sarà il marchio completo 10/10. Sarà di nuovo. X

I would rate the hostel with 4 stars if I am paying half-priced, but I will rate 3 stars for what I paid. We stayed in the hostel for 4 nights (3 nights in a Deluxe room, and 1 night in a budget room). The deluxe room is in the main building where the budget room is at a new building which is outside of the main building. Pros: 1. Excellent location: Located at the Gemmayzeh area which is a nice area to dine and walk around. There are a lot of cafes, bars and restaurants around the area. 2. Nice traditional Lebanese breakfast is provided. 3. The hostel gets a café where the food and drinks are offered with a reasonable price. 4. Nice atmosphere and vibe: a good place to meet other travelers. 5. Nice indoor and outdoor common areas for you to chill around. 6. Staff: all with very good English speaking skills. 7. Generally clean. Cons: 1. Overpriced: I paid more than 90 USD for the “Deluxe Room” but what you get is just a small room with a private bathroom and a common balcony. That’s all. The budget room is around 25 USD cheaper and it is only smaller in size and no balcony comparing to the “Deluxe Room”. I understand the price in Beirut is much expensive than the rest of the cities in Lebanon. However, I can get a suite (including breakfast) in Byblos with 6X USD, thus I expect they offer more with this price. 2. Room size: Small for Deluxe room and incredibly small for the budget room. You cannot even open two suitcases in the budget room. 3. Room’s facilities: Very dim at night. Should have more lighting for the room. Inadequate power plugs in the room. 4. Some furniture/facilities of the room ruined. 5. No lift for the hostel. 6. Wifi is slow and very unstable. 7. Electricity: I understand that the whole country, especially Beirut is suffering from power shortage. We are definitely okay with power shortage for a short period of time. However, we undergo power shortage for more than 1 hour for 2 nights of our stay. We also stayed in other hotels/hostels in other cities and this hostel offers the most unstable power supply. 8. The soundproofing for the main building is okay, but poor soundproofing was found in the new building. 9. Some staff are helpful and friendly, but some are not very attentive. Some can provide detailed information about the city, but some just too carefree. I do expect more helpful and attentive staff for a hostel. This is definitely a good place for solo backpackers!! But if you travel with someone else, unless you really want to stay in Gemmayzeh area, otherwise you can find much more cheaper alternatives in Hamra area.

I want to thank you for the warm hospitality and welcoming, starting from checking until check out. Thank you everyone to the gentleman who did my check in for the security guys who took my luggage is and took care of me especially mohammad and rabea Check out was wonderful with sweet Jana I was told the hotel is old and location is not good. Actually it was very super the lounge in the 16th floor was amazing. The staff was very caring and welcoming. The room was huge.

Hello, I just wanted to say that I appreciate all of the staff including Mr.Samir, he's the kindest and funniest guy I've ever seen. This is the best hotel in my opinion, the beds are very comfortable, the showers are very nice and the view from the rooftop is stunning. Thank you so much for making our journey in Achrafieh exciting! I wish y'all and Mr.Samir the best of luck! 😁👍🏻👋

L'albergo è in una zona animata e piena di ristoranti. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo staff è gentile. Le camere sono piuttosto grandi e con buoni bagni. La colazione è ricca, anche se con gli stessi piatti libanesi ogni mattina. Però la si fa in un locale molto carino e luminoso annesso all'hotel, che funziona anche da bar e ristoranti per tutto il giorno. Il sabato, nel locale, fanno anche musica dal vivo mentre si può mangiare o bere. E' un posto dove ti senti a casa.

Great location, friendly staff. The room was very tired. TV didn’t work and neither did some of the lights so the room was rather dark. There was tea/coffee making facility in the room however even though we stayed 5 nights, the supplies were never replenished and the used cups were not cleaned. The bathroom was really tired with mouldy depleted shower walls and the seals on the shower door were worn out as after every shower the bathroom was filled with water, very dangerous for slipping. Be careful. The breakfast was hit and miss as some days there was a selection and other days non (at the same time). I guess considering the economic crisis in Lebanon, it is the best they could offer.

Attenzione: Theft Se posso dare a questo hotel un 0, sarebbe perfetto! Ho avuto un problema con una politica strana in cui forniscono solo 1 asciugamano, come se si fosse permesso di fare doccia una volta al giorno!!! Il più importante incidente è Theft! Il tizio di casa ha rubato il mio anello di impegno di diamanti, l'ho lasciato nella stanza e è entrato per pulire, sono tornato e è andato! Si rifiutarono di accettare le accuse, ma quando le urlai e gridai mi diedero un rimborso completo che è quasi equivalente al valore dell'anello 1/4. Cominciarono a ridere e a fare stupidaggini quando gli ho detto dell'anello STOLEN. Hanno il peggior servizio e i più intelligenti TIEVA!!!! Rimanete lontani e salvate i vostri preziosi oggetti e le vostre vacanze!

Sono arrivato come alle 2am e sapere che avevo il servizio di pick-up all'aeroporto, il meglio di tutto!! Anche arriva con molta fame, e ho potuto chiedere qualcosa da mangiare in quella ora all'hotel. A mattina ho potuto godere della mia pileta per un po' e la colazione, molto buono!
