Hotel in zona Koraytem Mosque, Beirut

Situato in pieno centro, vicino al mare, città vecchia e alle zone con locali questi hotel non è nuovo ma le camere sono rinnovate, pulite, mi hanno offerto una birra all’arrivo e ho fatto colazione con cappuccino e brioche a 4 dollari. Direi ottimo per chi vuole trovare a Beirut le comodità di una catena internazionale

Uno dei migliori hotel a Beirut... Ma la sua ricostruzione hanno una piccola piscina, il cibo non era così grande... tranne quelle cose tutto era perfetto.

Veramente felice con il mio soggiorno a Smallville. Buono servizio da tutti i membri del personale in ogni momento. Le camere sono molto spaziose e molto pulite. Amore le strutture dello schermo toccante all'interno della camera e grande quantità di luce. Balcone è una grande dimensione (è un po' polvere dal vento) con vista incredibile della città. La colazione è media ma serve non latte così sono felice!! Wifi è buono quando si collega, ma si disconnette quotidianamente. Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto qui!!

Ho trovato la stanza molto bella, dotata di ogni comfort; la pulizia è eccellente, così come la cortesia dello staff, sempre pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta; eccellente è anche la qualità della ristorazione.

Smooth check in process. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Plus point will be the rooftop bar. Great view and decent happy hour from 5pm to 7pm! Great breakfast spread and good location. Housekeeping did a great job and I appreciate the front desk doing a daily call to check on you. Thumbs up!!!

I stayed here for a week on business and I had a good experience. However, the premises need to be refreshed. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the best customer service in Lebanon. Every single individual was genuinely nice and helpful and it is a shame that there were so many things in my room that affected my experience because the staff alone make this hotel a real gem. My room was dark and smelled of smoke. I had a huge balcony so I tried to keep the windows open. There were cigarette burn marks on my bedside table and parts of the bathroom were broken. I could not figure out the A/C as the instructions were for a different type of control that seemed to have been there before. The views from the high floors are very nice, though, and although I did not like to be in the room because it felt like a dusty cave, I enjoyed taking the elevator to the restaurant at the top floor. I wish the rooms had all that natural light and polished look of the elevator and restaurant. The food was wonderful but most importantly, the gentleman that runs the service for breakfast is an absolute superstar. He is constantly walking around refilling water glasses, offering more coffee and bringing omelettes to customers. It was a join to greet him every morning. The ladies at reception are equally fantastic, ready to give you recommendations about the city and happy to answer any questions. Both my check in and check out were smooth. This hotel is made great by the people who work here who are extremely helpful and kind. I think their hard work and amazing customer service deserve better facilities. The building itself is impressive. It just needs some love.

Sono arrivato come alle 2am e sapere che avevo il servizio di pick-up all'aeroporto, il meglio di tutto!! Anche arriva con molta fame, e ho potuto chiedere qualcosa da mangiare in quella ora all'hotel. A mattina ho potuto godere della mia pileta per un po' e la colazione, molto buono!

!!! Semplicemente fantastico e al top !!! Le persone dell'hotel sono tutte molto gentili e amichevoli. La pulizia è ottima. Il personale è molto disponibile e loquace e si ha la sensazione che gli ospiti siano i benvenuti. La colazione in stile arabo libanese era abbastanza buona? Quindi, se dovessi tornare a Beirut l'anno prossimo, mi piacerebbe tornare in questo hotel. Lg M.K

Nice hotel outside of the city with all the amenities you could want. Ended up being on the ground floor, which wasn't my favorite. Breakfast was better than average with made to order eggs and several local favorites. Hours were sometimes hard for early meetings. Staff was very friendly, bar prices were a little expensive. Had a great view of downtown area. Overall, a good experience and would consider staying there again.
