Veramente felice con il mio soggiorno a Smallville. Buono servizio da tutti i membri del personale in ogni momento. Le camere sono molto spaziose e molto pulite. Amore le strutture dello schermo toccante all'interno della camera e grande quantità di luce. Balcone è una grande dimensione (è un po' polvere dal vento) con vista incredibile della città. La colazione è media ma serve non latte così sono felice!! Wifi è buono quando si collega, ma si disconnette quotidianamente. Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto qui!!

Situato in pieno centro, vicino al mare, città vecchia e alle zone con locali questi hotel non è nuovo ma le camere sono rinnovate, pulite, mi hanno offerto una birra all’arrivo e ho fatto colazione con cappuccino e brioche a 4 dollari. La prima cosa che ho avuto è stata una situazione invidiabile dal mercato del taxi, Gaby dall'aeroporto a Ottel, e l'Ottel era una relazione paralizzata, il mercato era un top 100 dollari, la prima cosa che ho chiesto in respiratorio era molto nervosa e mi sentivo insicura, Ero un grande, la prima cosa che ho avuto con un compagno. Thank you everyone to the gentleman who did my check in for the security guys who took my luggage is and took care of me especially mohammad and rabea Check out was wonderful with sweet Jana I was told the hotel is old and location is not good. Actually it was very super the lounge in the 16th floor was amazing. The staff was very caring and welcoming. The room was huge.

I stayed here for a week on business and I had a good experience. However, the premises need to be refreshed. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the best customer service in Lebanon. Every single individual was genuinely nice and helpful and it is a shame that there were so many things in my room that affected my experience because the staff alone make this hotel a real gem. My room was dark and smelled of smoke. I had a huge balcony so I tried to keep the windows open. There were cigarette burn marks on my bedside table and parts of the bathroom were broken. I could not figure out the A/C as the instructions were for a different type of control that seemed to have been there before. The views from the high floors are very nice, though, and although I did not like to be in the room because it felt like a dusty cave, I enjoyed taking the elevator to the restaurant at the top floor. I wish the rooms had all that natural light and polished look of the elevator and restaurant. The food was wonderful but most importantly, the gentleman that runs the service for breakfast is an absolute superstar. He is constantly walking around refilling water glasses, offering more coffee and bringing omelettes to customers. It was a join to greet him every morning. The ladies at reception are equally fantastic, ready to give you recommendations about the city and happy to answer any questions. Both my check in and check out were smooth. This hotel is made great by the people who work here who are extremely helpful and kind. I think their hard work and amazing customer service deserve better facilities. The building itself is impressive. It just needs some love.

Nice hotel outside of the city with all the amenities you could want. Ended up being on the ground floor, which wasn't my favorite. Breakfast was better than average with made to order eggs and several local favorites. Hours were sometimes hard for early meetings. Staff was very friendly, bar prices were a little expensive. Had a great view of downtown area. Overall, a good experience and would consider staying there again.

Dopo giorni di ricerca di buono prezzo di soggiorno a Beirut ho trovato questo hotel è la migliore opzione disponibile e non sono stato deluso in alcun modo Poco dopo la mia prenotazione breve ho raggiunto su WhatsApp per confermare i miei piani e un'offerta per aiutare Non conoscendo le “modali” locali, ma con un’idea brutta del costo ho accettato il loro buon trasferimento di valore e sono stato incontrato all’arrivo con un segno con il mio nome. Dopo avermi accolto, Bchara mi ha accolto con piacere, che era molto gentile ed efficiente, mi ha offerto un drink gratuito mentre aspettavo, e poi mi ha sorpreso di nuovo piacevolmente della qualità della stanza - vista molto spaziosa e sorprendente. Raramente lo dico in questi giorni, ma le mie aspettative sono state superate.

UUtente ospiteIl personale disgustoso e disaccoppiato e generalmente non professionisti esperti nel settore dell'ospitalità. Il loro obiettivo principale è il bar e il ristorante. Vi suggerisco di concentrarvi su questo perché ospitare gli ospiti è un'arte e un'attività seria. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, ci sentivamo sconcertati. Non ci sono spiegazioni oltre a “la colazione inizia a 8.30” - “oh ma lasciamo a 8” ... silenzio. “Ecco la chiave per la tua stanza” fermo completo, niente altro. Non ci sono offerte per aiutarci a portare il bagaglio in alto - niente ! Dovevamo scoprire dove si trovava il asciugacapelli, che non era stranamente nella stanza ma nella sala comune ( perché non investire in 5 asciugacapelli, così che ogni ospite abbia il proprio? ) La stessa cosa vale per la caldaia .. La camera: il design è bello, anche se in qualsiasi paese occidentale il bagno sarà considerato illegale ma bene.. nessuna privacy se viaggiate con un compagno. Pillows... ragazzi ( proprietari / manager ) avete dormito nelle vostre camere ? Perché se lo facessi, sapresti che nessuno dormirebbe confortevolmente su quelle mutande. Il rumore: probabilmente la stanza più rumorosa che abbia mai messo a piedi. E' impossibile dormire e non è solo per la sua posizione, ma anche per le finestre di scarsa qualità. Sono andato a letto alle 12 e sono riuscito a dormire alle 5 di notte, solo per svegliarsi due ore dopo. I suoni di motocicletta, caccia, auto grandi e piccole, persone sorridenti, urlando o semplicemente parlando, vi accompagneranno per tutta la notte. Ancora una volta, quando si chiedeva aiuto, hanno semplicemente detto “l’hotel è pieno” non si scusano né Qualsiasi cosa. Il personale stesso si fermerà fuori dall’edificio senza attenzione che ci sono ospiti addormentati di sopra. Ancora una volta, ovviamente non hai mai dormito nelle tue camere, perché se lo facessi, pagherebbe ai tuoi ospiti di dormire lì e non l'altro modo.

Sicuramente prendere una camera con vista sul mare !! - ho avuto una nel 18. Stock e era entusiasta della vista sul Beirut e il mare. La stanza ha un piccolo balcone e altrimenti tutto quello che si deve. Era pulito e abbastanza grande per sentirsi bene. La colazione è disponibile nei ristoranti sulla strada.

Tuttavia, alcuni posti saranno disponibili sulla strada per parcheggio. L'hotel è trendy, ma non è disponibile camere non fumatori. L'odore del tabacco è estremamente cattivo nella stanza che anche i miei beni e vestiti erano odorati di tabacco come se fossi fumatore. Personale molto amichevole e utile. Si consiglia se sei un fumatore o non ti importa l'odore nelle stanze.

UUtente ospiteSiamo stati al gems hotel per il tour del Libano. L’hotel non è niente di che, pulito ma le stanze e i bagni sono piccoli. Il personale non è di grande aiuto in quanto non conosce le lingue e, in generale, un po’ freddino (la receptionist a volte scostante). La colazione è basic e non adatta a un 4 stelle; inoltre, essendo per la maggior parte i clienti arabi, non ci sono dolci se non una torta. La cosa più desolante sono i dintorni dell hotel, non c’è illuminazione, negozi chiusi, sporcizia. Consigliamo il rabbit hole: locale dove servono birra locale molto buona gestita da giovani ragazzi.
