Really friendly people. Great service and they deliver food very quickly.

This hotel was a great find. It's in a great location within an easy walking distance to public transportation and popular restaurants, bars, and entertainment. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is modern in design. I have no complaints and would easily book this hotel again on my next trip to Beijing.

Our original plan was to stay for 3 nights, but there was a change of plans hence we brought forward our stay for another 2 nights, making it a total of 5 nights. The location of the hotel was good, within 10mins walk to hujiaolou metro station. Bed was comfy but the room was very small. As mentioned in my earlier review, we had booked Guestroom (Double) but it seemed that we were being downgraded to a Superior room instead, looking at the room layout. Moreover, the initial downgraded room that was given to us had a missing toilet door, and after we feedback to the receptionist, we were then told that they had forgotten to inform us of the missing door. Was appalled by their reply, and why would they even assign a hotel room that is not ready for use? When checking out, there was another local guest who complained to the reception about the small rooms which did not resemble the photos on the website at all. I for one, would definitely not return to this Atour hotel again.

Room too dark window small, but good location

Nice Atour hotel. Things in excellent shape as always. Nice windows and very quiet on the non-street side. Staff a mixed bag; check in took forever for no particular reason and getting another key was a huge faff. Park behind the hotel is really nice. Close (but a cab ride) away from things like Worker’s Stadium and Sanlitun. Plenty of stalls and restaurants around and close.

Near the subway station and convenient to walk around. Very welcoming and accommodating staff.

The location is not really convinced.

My friend and I booked the same room but my friends room didn’t have a fridge or a robe. My room had a fridge. When we asked for a fridge, they said they didn’t have one. When we asked for a robe, they sent a robe without the belt.

I have to say: Atour never disappointed me. Went there for a hit and run night in Beijing: the stuff ( an elder man) welcomed me very very friendly and politely offering me hot tea as outside was below 0. The environment at the lobby cozy and warm, clean and fresh modern decoration. The all way to the room smelled a nice fragrance in the air. The room was as I expected, not big but but definitely clean and comfortable. Linen too. But once again, as it happened already in other Atour facilities in other cities, the downside is the breakfast: small area and not so many choices of food, but if you do not pretend the moon ( remember how much you paid) is definitely more than enough. Is well connected to the subway station: only pity there’s no much to enjoy the night around, bars or restaurants are a bit far away. Definitely suggested for short trip.
