The staff were very helpful. Even though we had already checked out, we were in a rush to catch our next flight and didn’t have time to eat outside. When the staff found out, they offered to let us order takeout and sit in their restaurant to eat. Since our internet connection was poor, we asked if we could borrow their phone to place the order. Without hesitation, they handed us their phone, helped us find good food nearby, and told us to wait in the restaurant. They even arranged for the takeout to be delivered directly to us. Their politeness, attitude, and service were truly outstanding. We really want to say thank you and apologize for the trouble caused!

The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the staff here are friendly and they are always willing to help. The hotel location is convenient for ordering ** and good for all kinds of transportations. Would love to recommend this hotel. ☺️

Clean, simple, to the point. Rooms are a bit small and the sound proofing leaves much to he desired, but that's to be expected at this price point. Overall, a great one night stay.

This is located within walking distance of Chaoyang Joy City, a mega mall with lots of eating and shopping options. The hotel has been refurbished recently and it is well-decorated and furnished. It was definitely a comfortable stay here.

Very near to Chaoyang train station. The staff super friendly, they helped me call taxi and they send me to my room in case I lost. Their service better than 5 star hotel. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Beijing.
