L'hotel è molto adatto alle famiglie e si impegna sinceramente per garantire la sicurezza e il comfort di bambini e neonati. Ad esempio, la camera presenta tavoli con bordi arrotondati anziché taglienti, e offre servizi pensati appositamente per loro, come sandali e spazzolini da denti per bambini. Il personale distribuisce persino giocattoli e ci sono persone in costume da panda che passeggiano per il ristorante per accogliere i bambini e scattare foto, il che significa molto per loro! Siamo stati anche grati per il passaggio da un letto matrimoniale a un letto king-size, poiché ci ha offerto più spazio per dormire comodamente con due bambini piccoli. I bambini fanno colazione gratuitamente e il cibo era eccellente! I ravioli erano il pezzo forte, insieme a una varietà di opzioni tra cui pancetta, diversi piatti a base di uova, baozi, porridge, crostatine all'uovo, torte, pane, riso e insalate. Se state programmando una visita agli Universal Studios Singapore, l'hotel offre un servizio navetta al mattino alle 8:00 e alle 9:00, con ritorno alle 22:30. Un ringraziamento speciale allo straordinario staff dell'Hampton Hotel: la receptionist Linda (琳琳), i membri dello staff dei ristoranti 高双梅 e 陈德孝, insieme a tutti gli altri membri del team che si sono presi cura della nostra famiglia durante il nostro soggiorno. Apprezziamo sinceramente la loro gentilezza e speriamo di rivedervi tutti alla nostra prossima visita!

Room is clean and twin bed was quite large to sleep with kids comparing with currently staying hotel. Breakfast service good and selection is enough. Good stay overall

Very good the size and the comfort of the room. Breakfast is also with a large choice of food. Location is nearby a street with several restaurants.

This is a nice newer hotel. There is Universal Studios transportation available each morning and afternoon. A taxi to Universal Studios is about 25 minutes drive. Breakfast has a large selection of food and some food can be custom made per request.

The hotel was good, location is convenient for Tongzhou area and visiting universal studios. Very helpful Service manager, Nancy.

I love staying at this hotel when I need a break away from my home. It is super comfortable and warm, in this cold winter! Bathrooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was top notch and caters to chinese/western appetites (The milk and water could be hotter because it was just warm and not as enjoyable). Nancy the manager was very awesome and regularly check up on us. We even got a plate of fruit to wish us a Merry Christmas. Definitely my go to hotel in Beijing!

Great location, free shuttle bus to and the Universal Studios

Location is great, close to Unversal Park

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 It's far from the city centre, more than an hours ride in metro if any location within the two circles. But very close to the universal studio resort, they even have bus service to and from the resort. They have by far the best service I've come across, some staff speak English (Ms. Nancy), all staff are very helpful and kind.👌👍Even helped with taking our luggage to the room. Breakfast served is amazing, they have a complementary laundry room, very handy when staying a few days with child 😊 Metro lines are walkable distance but a quick didi ride to the stations worth it. Room service is wonderful👍 Definitely would stay here again on my next visit. Recommended others to stay after city center exploring is done. Or to those whom find long metro ride not an inconvenience. They have complementary underground parking. 👍
