如果不想因為點完外賣還要自己擦桌子、洗碗、刷鍋、扔垃圾這種小事被房東剋扣按金影響心情的勤勞人可住，並且在入住需知上並沒有告知入住需要自己打掃廚房，頭一次聽説因為桌上外賣盒子沒扔，椅子上牆上並沒有留下油污就故意扣按金的民宿，也不知道一千多一晚服務買的是個什麼，如果不在意的隨便性價比不高！

房子特別好裝修風格很喜歡，特別適合聚餐，房東回覆的很及時碳爐子都給準備好了，兩間卧室都有衞生間，環境很乾凈，和朋友度過了一個愉快的週末，值得來！下次聚餐還會來

交通便利，就在懷柔橋附近
廚房很寬敞，乾淨衞生可做飯
全院房間地暖，西廂房是小童遊戲房間
正方兩邊是卧室，有獨立衞生間，衞生很好，無異味
中間客廳也很舒適

不能算是很開心的一次旅行，也算是自己長記性吧，下次再訂名宿，一定會看清楚要求，避免不必要的經濟損失。另外。房東描述可以打麻將，給大家提個醒，不是慣性思維理解的電動麻將桌，是需要自己搭桌子的那種，玩起來沒那麼方便。可能算是我與房東的另外一個誤會吧。總之，不能算滿意。

首先，地理位置非常好，靠近超市，步行距離~而且我們從市中心打車，就1個小時就到了，真的太美妙了！辦理入住後，一切都讓人覺得房主比較有品位，沙發很軟很舒適，壁爐的設計畢竟歐式。最讚的是院子和廚房啊，院子雖然因為季節原因並沒有鬱鬱葱葱，但是已經感受到了綠意，牆角的花花草草都是主人用心栽培的，廚房面積大，調料都有，可能有些是主人準備的，有些是客人遺留下的。我們住了兩天，第二天是一整天，我們一直在院子裏曬太陽，燒烤，下午近五點才打車去雁棲湖轉了一圈，實在是沒有必要離開院子，吃喝拉撒都可以在民宿裏很好解決，哈哈~唯一美中不足的地方，就是希望廚房裡的一些鍋具能夠更好被清理或者存放，因為東西太多了，會稍顯凌亂~謝謝主人分享這麼美好的民宿~我們全家人住的很開心哦！！

房東：房東人超級NICE，一直等我們辦理入住，還親自到村口去接，並且預留了車位，省去了停車的煩惱。
位置：小院坐落在一個村子裏，客觀説村子還是有點嘈雜的，但買個蔬菜、水果啥的也方便些。
衞生：小院裏裡外外都非常乾淨，拖鞋、洗漱用品等也一應俱全，特別驚喜的是廚房和餐廳，寬敞明亮，還有空調，超級適合一家人聚餐。
特色：小童房超級驚喜，娃娃們遠離了電視，在自己的小天地自由的玩耍。
