Love the room we booked. Will definiately come back. Overall very spacious and clean. Toilet looks abit old but well maintained and importantly it is clean. Hotel compound is big with other building and require abit of walk to go out of the place. We cab alot so it was not a problem.

Highly recommend this hotel to all, and this is a quiet location to stay. However, there are many hotels in the same complex, and one has to check carefully which hotel has been booked for checking in to avoid confusion. Let taxi driver know the exact one.

it was clean, and service was good. but they did not provide official invoice

非常滿意！本來擔心老店設施舊，專門選了裝修過的迎賓樓，很好，完全沒有老舊的感覺。酒店夜景非常漂亮，院子很大，適合散步。打車記得打到對應的樓，因為院子真的很大，樓與樓之間距離挺遠的。早餐還可以，該有的品種都有。服務非常好，因為原來給的二樓套房沒有陽台，給我們換了房，前台專門幫把新的房卡送到房間，免去了來回折騰，點個贊。

寒假帶孩子來北京玩，之前有朋友來住過無窗快捷酒店，讓我慎選！後來XHS看到歷史悠久的友誼賓館，寒假550的價格，園林式花園，傳統大氣的裝修，住的迎賓樓，大床房有大陽台，每天可以通風，房間設施也可以，應該是翻新過的，也沒有老舊發黴的味道。就是馬桶不是智能的，冬天有點凍屁股。工作人員很多，但是可能不愁業績，沒什麼服務和笑容，標準的老國營氣質。沒在酒店用早餐，每天叫的外賣。推薦紫光園，選擇很多，距離也近，送過來還是熱熱的。每天打車出行，去頤和園挺近的。

設施：還是很新，保養不錯！床品也很舒服，唯一不足是電視有點老，桌子上的鐘錶不走字了，估計沒電了。 衞生：很好，打掃衞生都用吸塵器。 環境：園林式酒店，白天晚上都適合散散步觀觀景，一看就是有內涵有歷史的建築。

這個酒店的服務非常棒，孩子説這是住過最温情的酒店，恰逢春節期間，辦入住的時候，前台工作人員給孩子們分發了2個小紅包，讓孩子切身感受到酒店的人情温暖，在北京户外寒風料峭，酒店內温暖如夏。非常值得再次入住。

宛若人民的名義裏的政府大院 園林式酒店名不虛傳 蘇園 頤園 目不暇接 政府的 中關村的各種會議很多 遊客打扮的反而貌似不多 硬件到位 維護在狀態 這次嘗試迎賓樓 房間真心不大 下次嘗試貴賓樓

一個工作了幾年的人，屁顛屁顛從通州趕到人大參加考試。綜合來説，是老國企酒店的衞生標準，迎接外賓的環境標準。房間裏的東西雖有了些年歲，但每一樣都能看出來是多年如一日習慣性清掃乾淨的，對比起商業氣息的酒店，更加温馨。太需要值得説明的是，怡賓樓距離正門步行需要十幾分鍾，地方很大。如果不趕時間，倒是可以在樓下散散步，但對於我這樣時間緊張的人來説，確實需要提前規劃好出發時間。感謝在這裏度過了這兩天，冬至快樂。
