La stanza è molto sporca, le strutture sono vecchie e l'atteggiamento dei camerieri è difficile da descrivere. Sembra che il proprietario di un negozio faccia il prepotente con i clienti e guardi dall'alto in basso le persone dalla reception ai camerieri, non ti guarderanno mai o salutarvi come si deve, è la sensazione di guardare gli ospiti con gli occhi rivolti di lato.

Guardando la valutazione bassa, ho pensato che fosse a causa dell'edificio annesso che non ha stelle, ma si scopre che non funziona davvero. Il servizio è ok tranne che nel ristorante, ma non c'è servizio altrove. La reception non prenderà l'iniziativa per dirti l'ora, la posizione e la posizione dell'ascensore per la colazione. Devi chiedertelo. Gli ascensori nella hall sono ben mantenuti, ma le camere sono in disordine. La porta sembra essere stata sfondata. Il bagno è piccolo e non è possibile girarsi. L'acqua della doccia è così allentata che l'ho premuta contro il muro e mi è schizzato in faccia. Tutte le strutture sono molto vecchie e rotte. La TV era molto piccola e molto confusa. La TV su Internet mostrava che non c'era Internet. Le luci in tutta la casa erano solo tre. quelli della scuola a cinque stelle nella foto Erano obsoleti. Non so davvero come tali strutture possano essere classificate come cinque stelle. Sfortunatamente, non ci sono davvero hotel decenti nei dintorni di Beidong.

I recently stayed at the Xiyuan Hotel in Beijing and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions like the Beijing Zoo and the Summer Palace, making it an excellent base for sightseeing. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The view from my room was lovely, offering a nice glimpse of the city skyline. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's dining options were varied and delicious, with both local and international cuisine available. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a highlight, with a wide array of choices to suit all tastes. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and swimming pool, were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for staying connected. Overall, I highly recommend the Xiyuan Hotel for anyone visiting Beijing. It offers excellent value for money and ensures a pleasant and comfortable stay.

This hotel is devised into 2 buildings, I ended up in a part called Villas . The staff there was very nice , feel like a little family hotel . You have to walk a few 100 meters to get there from the main hotel . If you have much luggage or some disability regarding walking this is not the place . No elevator and I stayed on the second level , but I like walking and to have some exercise so for me it was ok . Room is very small but the rate is also small .

We travelled for both business and families with a small child. The family room was brilliant with lots of toys in the room. The room was very spacious. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient. They have a Meituan cupboard to receive food deliveries which were very convenient, from extremely early morning to midnight. They also had a robot doing deliveries to rooms. The service in general was great. The hotel sockeks were not the most convenient ones but we could work around those. We will definitely return next time when we work in Beijing

Location is ok. Room had a nonfunctional air conditioner/climate control and staff claimed that all rooms are the same. This meant the room was uncomfortably warm and stuffy with zero air movement during my stay. 4hr laundry service is overpriced and wasn’t even available when I asked. Restaurant is underwhelming and local amenities are limited. Would not stay here again.

It must be the language barrier. The hotel needs to polish their staff communication skills. The location is great. Near Beijing Zoo. Our room has an air-conditioning issue. So we had to open the window. They should remove the promotion that says halal restaurant. It is deceiving. There's NO HALAL restaurant at the hotel!

Love their service minds, everyone is so helpful , so patient with a foreigner like me:) The staff name Amanda ordered bread and drinks on line for me many times. If you need to know anything, just ask them,they are willingly help you Im sure that I go back to this hotel for my next trip to Beijjng

Service was good. Location was very good. It’s nearing Beijing zoo and another signseeing.

We stayed here because it was near the centre- it was a short tube journey into the main tourist area. The hotel was OK- the rooms were quite big. The picture is the view from our room.

It's an old 5 star hotel, now maybe 3 star level The room is small and old furniture etc The pool is very small just for the kids.

While it is a 5-star hotel, the villa location is not even 3-star level. The rooms are old, and the room barely has any lightening. It was a big disappointment. Had I known the villa location was like this, I would have booked in the main building.
