Un hotel in cui soggiorno spesso, convenientemente situato lungo Chang'an Avenue. L'ambiente è OK, la lobby è grandiosa, in linea con la tonalità degli hotel di fascia alta e lo stile pulito e generoso. Anche le condizioni igienico-sanitarie sono molto buone, e non ho trovato posti che non vengono puliti per molte volte. Il servizio di front desk è entusiasta e professionale, in particolare il manager Liu, che aiuta a risolvere i problemi in modo efficiente e ha un ottimo atteggiamento. Grazie. Le strutture circostanti dell'hotel sono complete, negozi, ristorazione e banche sono molto convenienti, la colazione a buffet è ricca, gli ingredienti sono freschi, l'ambiente fitness è OK, la disinfezione è tempestiva e il flusso di persone è controllato in modo ragionevole. Fidati molto di questo hotel, mi piace e verrà spesso in futuro.

La camera è stata rinnovata e la vista dall'alto è molto buona. La piscina è generalmente mantenuta. Tucao riguardo al buffet di mezzogiorno, il controllo qualità è davvero pessimo. Scusate il prezzo, se non lo migliori non lo mangerà davvero nessuno.

The hotel is super nice and clean. The swimming pool and gym is in perfect condition. The shopping next door has all kinds of restaurants which is a nice place for a bite. Dandan Guo who helped me with the check in was super helpful and friendly. The hospitality at this place made my stay in Beijing a pleasant experience.

Definitely not worth the money. The reception looked impressive but the rooms were worn and shabby. No hand towels, threadbare carpet, no socket next to the bed, stained bed linen, loose sockets, the blind over the bathroom window was see-through, the lampshade was broken, and there were hairs in the bathroom. On the plus side, the shower was good (although too low for taller people), the bed was comfortable and there was always a lift available.

很多年前來住過，那時候還是萬達鼎盛時期，覺得非常好！過了這七八年了，酒店稍顯陳舊了，不進則退吧。但是價位其實是很良心的，我這回訂的超大的套房，才1000出頭，房間相當寬敞！電視我以為老舊到連hdmi都沒有，結果還不錯，連上可以打switch或者黑悟空，沒問題的。這次趕上有高能所的會，有一些國際專家過來入住，挺國際化的。旁邊就是萬達廣場，購物吃飯都很方便！下回還會回來的。

整體來説能説的過去房間燈不亮，水有一瓶是被擰開的，聯繫客服送了兩瓶上來，服務挺好的，外賣得下去自取，我看大廳有機器人 不知道為什麼…..其次就是被褥很潮 有點不舒服。 設施：該有的都有吧。 衞生：能説的過去。

非常差的體驗，建議大家謹慎，第一次竟然給了我一個臟房，經理後來解釋説下午有人看房，可惜衞生間用完的紙，屋子裡的味道很難解釋這一切。結果，第二間房，早上起來，我竟然在床邊發現長頭髮！！可想這間酒店保潔做的多不堪，最近幾次攜程推薦的差旅，賓館出各種狀況，我覺得黑金真是錢白花了，後面看看推薦個別的APP吧

好評給萬達，酒店沒問題。差評是給攜程的。最近鄰居裝修，家裡太吵，就近在萬達住兩天。攜程上定的行政套房1161，續住的時候發現酒店這兩天的價格都是1060。攜程你的大數據殺熟是不是有點過分。早知道攜程你這個德性，直接通過酒店前台定就好了，要你攜程幹嘛。

1. 地址位置，到了才發現在八寶山骨灰堂對街。 2. 衞生間浴室地上很明顯沒有清潔乾淨，腳踩上去粘粘的非常容易滑倒。 3. 南京破舊拉絲。 4. 可能是降成本問題，除了牙刷牙膏沒有配套浴帽等，一定要打電話每天索取。

公共區域漂亮大氣，大堂空調足。辦理入住的時候讓等45分鐘，然後又讓等1小時，全程等了1小時45分鐘，如果知道這麼長時間，就另外安排了。想打電話問，總機要不佔線，要不無人接聽。 房間部分設施部分不好。床上閲讀頂燈是封住的。幾個櫃子十分陳舊，酒店紙拎袋也沒有放。 房間大小可以，高樓層能看到對面的山，另一側看到的是對面辦公樓。馬路對面就是萬達，kfc 麥當勞 星巴克等等都有，但是大一點正規一點的飯店沒有。 離地鐵有點距離，有行李的肯定得打車。酒店泳池在修，修好的話性價比更高。

非常好，每次去北京都會選擇的，位置不算核心，勝在面積大，入住外地車輛可以免費停車，導航去酒店的路上疏忽了，晚高峯走了一段五環內的路，扣分加罰款。自駕的要小心規劃路線。
