Holiday Inn Beijing Temple of Heaven

一大家子出來旅遊，房間很乾凈，設施齊全，還有室內游泳池，小孩子可以玩，整體很好，又續住一晚

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inof lots n again. We love the pool. Also there were lots of examples of good service given before it was asked for. For example there were two nice cool flavored drinks at check in. My son perhaps drank too much but they were tasty. At the pool when my son stopped playing with a toy and put it near the ladder, the attendant offer to put it on the shelf near by to be safe. It was considerate and definitely not in the job description. All the brand hotels in Beijing are in older buildings. This one has been maintained well. I enjoy having a bath tub as does my son. the Discovery channel on the TV is also good for my son. The breakfast is great with lots of western and Chinese options. they usually have 2 kinds of bacon and both pancakes and french toast as well great cantonese breakfast selections. The cold meats and yogurt are also nice. The visit before the waiter at breakfast must have asked three times was everything ok? would I like a cup of coffee? Iaskk. t was a lot in a good way. Better to get asked often than have to ask. The Howard Johnson Hotel also has a good breakfast buton locati does not have the pool of this one. The mercure pool is in a basement and pretty small. The novotel had medicore buffet which is weird as before novotel had the biggest buffets.Novotel said they had a pool but when we stayed there they said they did not. Mecure and Novotel service did not seem as outgoing. The novotel seem to get a lot simply due to the outse location and tour groups. Double tree looked fancy , and had a good breakfast, but the beds were a bit hard and there was a draft wind in the breakfast area that took away from the a**osphere.We continue to like Holiday Inn Temple of Heaven.

會員賬户系統裏有標明偏好是遠離電梯的，但還是被分配給了緊挨着電梯的第一間。屋裡鏡子照床。衣架有些年頭了，床品上的油分子濃度挺高。

我是因為家裡裝修一面牆，和太太一起出來躲躲裝修噪音的。入住中成天壇假日酒店因為它離家近的緣故，這家酒店是一個比較老的酒店，沒想到房間乾淨整潔，服務這麼好，入住當天前台小邢和小李敏的熱情服務給我們留下了深刻印象。非常熱心的為我們兩個怕噪音的長者家更換好房間，這裏要特別提一下該酒店的早餐：種類豐富就不用説了，中、西餐都有特別是他家的麪點做的相當好吃，麻醬餅、葱花餅的味道至今還在回味呢！餛燉也非常好吃！要感謝餐廳的經理的熱情招待！讓我們老兩口有回家的感覺呢！必須要表揚一下！

Stay was overall fine. We got a kids room so there were toys and a tent which was nice. Overall service was fine. The front desk people were nice but didn’t always understand what I was asking in English so had to figure a few things out in my own. Breakfast was decent and the area was safe and near several metros. Could see the temple of Heaven from the room. That was a bonus.

This hotel is great! I would definitely stay here again.

I extended 1 more day, besides my booking for 3 days. I had to face the inconvenience of my key card bot working as the gentleman didn’t bother to check and setup the key card access in spite of me walking to him after the breakfast to confirm. My key card didn’t work when I returned in the evening being tired and the gentleman was not even apologetic and didn’t even he “ he is sorry about it or for the inconvenience “. The staff doesn’t speak a word of English except the gentleman who didn’t extend my key card access after asking me so about my additional day.!when I wanted to go for a quick massage, the front office person “ Nora Sun” was so careless that without checking she said “ maybe they are closed” . Than I had to show this picture as attached , which says it’s until 2am. Than she calls and checks. What a ridiculous and careless attitude she has while attending the customers…. She needs to go back to training and learn basics first. Overall, nothing really great the hotel had done for staying at an Executive apar**ent. Service level was just average and below average in some cases.
