Il personale delle pulizie è molto gentile. Puliscono con cura e soddisfano ogni piccola richiesta fatta dagli ospiti. Apprezzo molto ogni frase di "Bentornato a casa".

Vecchio cinque stelle Anche se le strutture e l'hardware sono un po' lunghi, i servizi software vanno e vengono per compensare gli elogi complessivi Anche se il traffico è un po' lontano dal ponte Liangma e dal ponte Sanyuan, va bene? Ci sono anche molti posti dove mangiare nei dintorni e ci sono molte scelte

Il personale della reception era entusiasta e paziente e ci ha fatto un upgrade gratuito. Anche gli addetti al piano erano molto bravi nella pulizia e nel servizio tempestivo. Anche i servizi in camera erano di altissimo livello e il parcheggio gratuito, perché ci si sentiva bene per altri due giorni. L'unica cosa che mi sembra leggermente inadeguata è che il divano in tessuto è un po' vecchio, la lampada da terra e la luce notturna sono state premute a lungo e non riesco a vedere quale luce è accesa e il lavabo del bagno a volte non ha caldo acqua.

Sebbene le strutture siano un po' vecchie, il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è buono e anche il servizio è molto buono. C'è un fratellino di nome Zhu alla reception che ha un ottimo servizio.

La prima volta che soggiorno al Beijing Runrun Hotel, questa volta è un viaggio d'affari, originariamente soggiornato solo per una notte, sento che il servizio non è male, c'è un parcheggio gratuito, molto soddisfatto e continuo a vivere per una notte. La prossima volta rimarrò. Spero che ci sarà un incidente, oh, sorpresa.

This hotel is beautiful! But that was just it, it was only beautiful. The staff did not speak English so it was a bit hard to communicate, but it’s China and I don’t speak any Chinese so it was not that big of a deal. The room I was given on the 9th floor was an oven! The A/C was not working. The room was about 28 Celsius. Someone did try to fix it, but it was not working so I had to move to another room on a different floor where the A/C was also not working. In either room the A/C didn’t turn on and a technician did come to check it out. I gave up and opened the window but Beijing was warm in April and there was not breeze.

The hotel was chosen because it’s very close to the US Embassy. There are small restaurants, including a Burger King and McDonald’s not too far away. In addition there are also Chinese restaurants. The room was quite spacious. The carpet and sofa were a little worn. A comfortable king size bed, a large bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, two sinks and isolated toilet room. There was plentiful hot water. Good towels. The WiFi worked well. If I had business at the Embassy again, I would be inclined to stay here again.

Our experience here was very nice, the staff was very friendly and very helpful, Their breakfast was to die for really a good spread from Chinese to Western. The Shower I actually can't stop thinking of that shower it was amazing I wished I had one like that at home. The hotel is close to everything and it is quiet and has a relaxing a**osphere. I just think maybe the TV was a bit on the small side. But then who goes to a hotel to watch TV? Thank you, you really rock :)

Ok in general. Sleep well. Breakfast- ok. Friendly stuff. Nice location. Not worse than Mariot opposite. But the price- much friendly

I have stayed at Grand Cancordia twice now and I absolutely love this hotel. The decor is sublime. I always feel like royalty coming through. Only minutes away from the shopping area in Sanlitun. I prefer the cost to other hotels like the Intercontinental. The Garden bathtub is my absolute favorite thing about the hotel!

Grand hotel indeed ! Luxurious stay with convenient location to the embassies and restaurants/bars which are relatively nearby. Room was very spacious.

Overall a decent stay. Location is really inconvenient (about a twenty minute walk from the subway and very few fun restaurants nearby); my room’s curtains didn’t close all the way, resulting in overly bright mornings. Reasonable amenities for a five-star hotel, but felt a bit old. Don’t think I would stay here again.

Hotel price and quality is good , the service is the worst… after checking in , I decide to order from in room dinning. Try to call rooms dinning - the button is not available, fine… I call operator, once I trying to ask in room dining, she said you have mini bar. Ok , so what ? I can’t spend and order something else ? - she transferred me to restaurant. They guy who reply said - Oh noooo… , probably first time heard English in Beijing, self claimed 5* hotel. I repeat my order slowly, and he answered OK 👌 , since that I never received what I ordered. Thanks for kept me thirsty and hungry that night.
